Self - Cannibalization

Day 914, 01:15 Published in Canada Canada by Wilhelm Gunter

We are eating each other up! Where’s the unity? Where’s the ‘pulling’ for each other? Trying to help each other? Where’s the forgiveness, when one makes a mistake? Where is the compassion, the understanding that we’re all human – we’re all alike in more ways than we`d like to admit?
Where’s the treating each other like we would want to be treated?
Where’s the NOT questioning each other’s motives, but ASSUMING they are true and worthy and honourable, even if perhaps misguided?
Why are we not acting like a team, instead of devouring each other? Why is there no support for our leaders, whether elected or by longevity?

Instead, we attack, berate, spare no quarter, and mulitate each other! We don’t need enemies – we don’t need Pheonix - we have ourselves!

If this keeps up, there will be no one left in eCanada who is worthy or capable of leading us.

This is a game, period. A place which should be fun and enjoyable. But we make it a place of hatred and hostility. Many come to this game as a temporary ‘escape’ from the stresses and pressures of real life – and now, it’s to come to a place of more stress and pressure. If that’s what it has become, the response of many will be “Why, thanks, but no thanks.” We will lose our best players – the best thinkers and planners, and our oldest citizens, who make our best military men. We are on our way to becoming a shell of what we once were.

Shame on us. And we will have no one to blame but ourselves. When the roof collapses in, we will have no one to blame but the person in the mirror.

eCanada, give your collective head a shake and wake up!
