Revelations from Plato's successor (not Aristotle)

"As your Advisor, I would recommend you to refrain yourself from posting articles complaining about every technical issue. I am telling you this not because the team wants to censor your opinions but, like we told you several times now, the team needs to use this time to solve your problems and answer your tickets, not investing it reading and moderate articles and comments. Every hour invested in media means a few tickets solved less. Think about it. This is the best way to go, to construct your feedback in a positive and comprehensible manner. Furthermore, if you have some pertinent questions, feel free to post it as a comment to this Insider."

😁^ The above is cut and pasted from the latest insider. I'm not even going into the censorship bit bc they admit that part themselves. The part I want to address is most specifically: "the team needs to use this time to solve your problems and answer your tickets, not investing it reading and moderate articles and comments".

I am surprised to learn that every crap article in the media (this one being the crappiest) is actually carefully read by the erep team, and that they prioritize them above responding to tickets and solving problems. This explains a lot. Well, since you, the erep team, are reading this let me use the opportunity to tell you that personally I prefer you go back to the help desk instead of media. It might seem counter intuitive to tell you this in article form, but you just told us this is where you spend all your time, your first priority which is attended to before tickets, and frankly one more article to read should be a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands you now know you can ignore, at least until the tickets are all caught up.

Thanks.

N.B. I've never edited an article before but in preparation for making this one into a sandbox to test new articles before publishing, everything from "N.B." on (excepting ofc comments on the previous article) are a test edit and may well someday serve as the foundation of a great media empire. Thanks.

The Missions section has been vastly improved (although, as always with the 24/7 world of erep, the update itself was not a seamless process), accessible from [nearly] any page, stating the rewards clearly and showing progress toward each requirement. Currently I have La Resistance and Find El Dorado--The Search which I will complete once I move to SA.
