1. INTRODUCTION

I know a lot of you will complain over my freakishly long articles, but I simply like the format. They are not even articles anymore, but full size newspaper issues, on a monthly basis it seems. This format enables me to interconnect certain events and phaenomena, which would lose some of their essence if writen about separately, and to do it over a period of days, and even weeks, since now I publish on monthly, and not weekly basis anymore. Not to mention subscription is a thing of the past and not a single person regularly reads all my articles, unless they receive special attention. Table of contents is here to help you with that: you can read an
article or two in here, and then continue later. I just wish there were still the anchor option, but what can one do. And it is not like I publish only dry text, there is a lot of pictures as well, Star Trek gifs alongside data tables. So, I doubt I will be writing anything anymore in 2017, and will be the first to wish you happy holidays if you celebrate them. You have weeks to read this article. See you in 2018. Or not. Live long and prosper!

2. RESET OF IMBALANCED ALLIANCES

If the 10th anniversary has shown us anything, it is that the current alliance setup sucks big time. The entire Andes alliance got deleted by Asteria, along with Croatia's, Greece's, Ireland's and Turkey's core regions. Pacifica, the only potentially worthy Asterian enemy is mostly sitting aside and watching (yes, Hungary), because some of its members are pro, and some against Asteria. I took the liberty of analyzing current most important alliances (Andes, Asteria, Pacifica), one of the past, long-lived, balanced, and effective alliances (Eden), and one fictional alliance (Yugoslavia), for which it would be fun to fight against the rest of the world. The data was collected on the last CP elections.

Andes is by all paremeters too weak, Asteria overpowered, and Pacifica simply too bulky to be effective, and sitting on two chairs between the other two alliances. It resembles RL NATO: it has become more of a slow, political alliance for the sinecurists, instead of remaining a true, effective military alliance. Eden and fictional Yugoslavia are somewhere in between, and represent what eRepublik community needs. To keep the game
interesting, alliances ought to be reset based on numerical data to remain in balance, not on diplomatic and friendly ties. After all, we are all members of the same community. Just remember all the summers when you were a ki😛 you would go with you friends to the playground, divide into two teams and play soccer. After the match was over, teams would reset, since it would be unfair, stupid, and no fun for one team to overpower the other, again. The same appplies here. I do not understand why certain people in power detest making new friendships and stick to old ones, talking about virtual loyalty and interests. This is a game, and
Could Klingons be the offspring of Cypriots and goats?
there is only one interest for all the citizens: fun! And only a balanced game can bring fun. The apsurdity of imbalanced sides was made clear to anyone when the little Cyprus had a face off with two mid powerful countries, France and Slovenia. Talk about Defiant facing the Borg cube!

It is true that Croatia was willing to negotiate an MPP with Serbia last month. I was a Congress Member then and was pushing the idea. The goal was not to become member of Asteria, but to encourage reset of the alliances. Serbian CP Free Area told us Serbian rulling class would not accept it, and they did not (Croatian congress actually proposed the MPP, and Serbian rejected it). As a response, we ignored the TW agreement with Serbia and attacked them for real, which resulted in our deletion during the anniversary. And we are not sorry. Like I said, we had no intention of joining Asteria, securing resources, or whatever. We simply wanted fun. And we gave it to the entire worl😛 aside from the South Korea-Taiwan conflict, the war between Croatia and
Serbia was the only real war prior to the anniversary. At least that was my idea, and the idea of Croatian congress. Serbians, however, forwarded our MPP talks to other CPs, which resulted in them being butthurt. As the congress had been told, Colin Lantrip 3 expelled our officials from their Whatsapp group, and even decided to tank for Serbia against Croatia.

I admired Colin before that. I believed he was spending money to make some fun in the game (like he claimed), and that he, of all the people, would understand what we were trying to accomplish. Now I see that he is just another butthurt snowflake who used money to gain fame. I guess he is that kid who brings the soccer ball, and then when the other kids do not play by his whims, he takes the ball and leaves.

3. SENSE OF ENTITLEMENT IN CITIZENS

We have all heard the famous line „My BH/SH/CH got stolen!“ Right, hahaha! There are some new ones!

Citizens complaining about expensive weapons. Either you win medals or not. If not, then it does not matter what Q you use, since you will not win a medal anyway. Nobody cares if you feel to be above buying lower Q weapons. You are not. Get over yourself. If you do win medals, then you have the money to pay for it. Or to run your own companies. Off course, because there are no
new citizens, you will have to attract already employed citizens by raisng salaries on the job market, which will raise the price of the tanks. Closed circle. Seriously, if you complain about tank prices, then you are clearly not such a big shot you thought you were.

Citizens complaining about gold price drops. Actually, they do it indirectly by cursing those who place 1000 or more gold for sale. Those complainers earn medals, turn them into currency, and then use currency to buy packs, in order to be able to compete for medals. When the gold price plummets, they feel threatened. Like a jerk who gets rejected by a girl. You got to love the organizations, especially THAI AS.

Citizens complaining about no rewards after 40000 Prestige Points. How about increasing your Military and Aircraft ranks? Level? Winning new TP, FF, TF, BH, SH, CH, M medals, currrency and gold with them? Plus, top 100 Prestige Hunters win anywhere from 100 to 2000 gold. Fighting for your country and allies? What a bunch of crybabies, blackmailing Plato how they will not fight once they reach 40000 points. It reminds of rich businessmen who refuse to expand business and employ more people if they get no tax cuts.
a) Some years ago there were not so many rewards and medals at all. Just BHs.
b) Tanking does not equal profit, but severe taxation.
c) Adding more rewards would only widen the gap between rich tanks and ordinary citizens.
d) You are spoiled brats.
Seriously, you want more Energy bars, more Energy recovery, more everything? Why? If everybody gets them, then you will not be any special or better. You will just have to spend more time ingame, otherwise you would fall behind. Is that what you want? You have no life, so you want to play eRepublik 24/7? You know what? Who cares about rewards, you should ask Plato to pay you RL money for playing! Because you deserve it! The world owes it to you! And because a loser like that does not have a job. Hahahahahaha, you want to spend 5 hours every day pressing the Fight button? Go get a life.

4. INTRODUCING A SKILL INDEPENDENT FROM RL MONEY

Before the anniversary, I was trying to come up with something, anything, of numerical value on our profiles that would actually matter, and could be obtained only through ingame effort. RL money ought not play any role in it, directly or not.

Plato was on to something when he introduced the Aircraft battles. No perception training grounds, no higher Q Aircraft Weapons factories, and no Work as Manager available in them were all a good thing, since they enabled ordinary citizens to save up gold for it. The problem is that rich tankers can still use limitless Energy bars. Do you remember Happiness from Rising, that existed alongiside Wellness? Plato should have introduced something like that, another type of limited Energy that could not be refilled with Energy bars. Tanks already farm TP, BH and CH medals, so why cannot there be something of value which cannot be manipulated with RL money, or gold previously won by investing RL money? The same citizens that rule Ground battles now rule Aircraft battles, nothing has changed. So what is the point of introducing new skills that only the top 5% players can grind? Anyway, the Aicraft battles are now ruined as well.

Personally, even if I bought the Blitzkrieg Pack, I would still make only half the damage needed for an SH (30 Gold). Another 1000 Energy for 22 Gold sold on Gold & Special Items page just would not cut it. There is no way in hell I could make a long-term, meaningful contribution in battles without filling for bakruptcy first. And winning SH medals is out of the question. Ground battles and TP are a no-go, as well. I am balancing between WaM and FF & M medals to afford myself to fight. So, what must it be like for 80% of citizens that have even worse gameplay than me? Believe it or not, a lot of them cannot even afford to complete Daily Order every day.

Then it dawned on me: night shift work requires 100 Energy. What if Plato reintroduces the work skill from 0 value (single in the beginning, maybe later divided into manufacturing (food and weapons), construction (houses), and harvesting (raw) like in V1), and every time you work, it would require 100 Energy? To hell with it, make it 1000 Energy! The goal here would be to make a division between two classes of society: soldiers of the military module, and workers of the economy module. If energy expenditure for a single work is large enough to prevent soldiers from Working as Manager because they want to fight and win medals, that means somebody else would have to produce Food and Weapons for them. And that would be the old/new class of workers. Worker/soldier class division was a foundation of every human and even a lot of insect and other communities. 5% of citizens in eRepublik are tanks, the rest could be workers.

This would effect the game mostly on psychological basis: back in 2011, work skill still existed. There was a „tycoon class“ in Croatia (that is what everybody called us): our strength and rank were low and meaningless, but with introduction of the Work as Manager, Plato gave us a purpose and respect of the community. We worked hard, we spend all our energy on working. As soon as we would earn enough money, we would open new companies, just to raise working skill and level. So there were soldiers, who took pride in having high strength and rank, and workers, who took pride in earning high working skill. We had a reason to play. As soon as the work skill got deleted, a lot of us left the game, including me. It is simply human psyche: we need a quantifiable, numerical value on our profiles that would set us appart.

Now, about the anniversary. Could +100/6 min Energy recovery fix the economy? Most people enjoyed having so much energy, it helped the market as well (short term). The only thing we did not like is low energy storage. More fun for the nolifers, faster level progression, greater TP earnings to help ease the rising Food and Weapons prices. Even lower Q Weapons started getting used because of the increase higher Q prices. Houses and their Energy storage would need some reworking done, though.

If we are going to recover extra 1000 energy every hour, then working once should take 1000 Energy, but I am not sure there, admins ought to work on a formula that would make working undesirable to tankers. Energy expenditure while working has to be high enough to discourage tanks from working. Not only would all that improve economy module, bring more fun in the game, and make the little guy feel important, but it would also contribute to the overall strategy when it comes to a country's first line (soldiers)/logistics (workers) ratio. You know, in V1 governments actually planned distribution of working skills, and then publish them in
newspaper, welcome messages, etc. Yes, items would become more expensive because tanks would no longer produce, but they would have all that accumulated wealth from previous tankings to use, and cheaper Qs would be available for the rest of the fighters.

Since moneyless citizens would be supposed to start producing immediately for the tanks, there should be ingame option enabling workers to take over tanks' companies under a lease. Workers would get companies for free, and in return they would have to give products to tanks for free. Value of companies would correspond to time period spent working for free. I think that is a
better alternative than waiting for workers to build up their own companies, while tanks have theirs empty. Work skill would increase with the number of times a worker works. Soldiers earn medal money from Plato, they use it to pay items from workers, which in turn give it back to Plato to create and upgrade more companies. Or Plato should simply allow soldiers a period of a couple of days where they would be able to dissolve their companies with 100% refund (or not) and unlimited donations for levels 30 and above to loan that Gold to workers. Huh, it seems like even excess Gold and curency pumping would decline. Whatever, that matter is not how to do, but just to do it. I am sure Plato can think of a better way to perform the feat. Or not? Furthermore, to discourage citizens from hoarding Q1 companies solely for grinding stats and to make them move on to higher Qs, more Experience Points and work skill should be given by working in higher Q companies. Also, more Energy should be spent working in higher Qs. The idea is not perfect, but you get the gist of it.

How come Plato decided to delete the only work skill we had, and yet he introduced Strength, Military rank, Aircraft rank, and 4 divisions? Not to mention the Days of Maayhem with all the different terrains. Why not bring back the work skill, and maybe, dunno, learning centers and contracts? Like Training Grounds and contracts? Make a profession (or 3: Manucturing, Harvesting, Construction) that would be learned like Strength and Perception are trained, and skills that would increase through working like Military and Aircraft rank do through fighting.

First thing on our list: eliminating Professions and their levels. This change will make it easier for any citizen to find a job and to improve his living.
eRepublik Insider: Changes in the Economy Module, Day 1,018

Why bother so much with resource map allocation on a couple of occasions, dealing with pollution, and modifying productivity formula every few months? But when it comes to one thing the actually matters to players since it is an individual attribute, and represents their time and work invested, you delete it?! I cannot think of a single way it hurt anyone.

We need something numerical on our profiles that a) matters, and b) tankers cannot afford to have. We need something that cannot be gained through RL money use. Like there are tanks, we want to be excavators (I sure hope somebody comes up with a better name). Out of X things tanks rule at in this game, could there be just one for the rest of us? If 80% of citizens cannot compete in something, and actually have a fighting chance to be at the top of it, why play? Community has been long gone anyway. Do not get me wrong, even if it still lived, I would have no intereset to participate, except through publishing articles and running for Congress, and both are reserved for a selected few. IRC, Discord and all other means of wasting time through chat never interested me. All I wanted was to belong to the top of one of game features. Working skill was my thing. As I am sure for many others as well.

5. YOU DO NOT MATTER: VISUALIZATION OF THE INTER-CITIZEN GAP

*Zoom in in case of poor eyesight.

Here I present to you a comparison of gains/grinding/farming of four citizens: one who is ranked first when it comes to the level, another who is first when it comes to strength, and myself. What a surprise, you might think! I put myself there because my stats are pathetic, and somehow I still belong in
top 10% when it comes to level, and top 20% when it comes to strength. I even scored Top Fighter a couple of times! That means that 80% of you suck big time in this game, by all parameters that matter, and that you should support my advocating the introduction of the work skill, so your miserable profiles could finally mattter somehow.

The data was collected at the start and end of the last Weekly Challenge to help you visualize how you would not come anywhere near the top 5%, even if you started using 3 credit cards. In the game as it is, we do not matter. I am not complaining here (way beyond that now), just stating concrete facts and presenting them because I believe most of you do not even realize how wide the gap is. And as you can see, last week had been a slow one for these tanks. My guess is they just needed some rest from the anniversary.

6. POTENTIAL INVASION OF THE USA & THEIR RAISING OF WORK TAX

There is an ongoing debate over attacking the USA, it has been for years now. Every now and then it gains attention of wider public and then quickly dies, mostly because of the following reasons:
- great organizational effort required to defeat a country with 51 original regions;
- farming TPs in TWs has a better benefit-cost ratio than conquering a country like the USA;
- economy module as it is (unified storage, global currency, almost non-existing trading embargoes, etc.) fails to provide an economic goal on a country scale, since citizens from all around the world can open companies in the USA and enjoy the bonuses, no need to conquer;
- USA is a member of Pacifica, an alliance that sits between two sides, and an attack would provoke feared reactions from both sides. Or not, since everybody seems disinterested in actually starting something. Anything.
- USA has all the bonuses and is a 1% Work Tax heaven. I am sorry, was a tax heaven (discussed below).

Members of both Asteria and Andes, and wider, unofficially dream of airstriking the USA. However, as long as there is an imbalance of alliances whose greatest concern are TWs in which they farm TPs, that attack will never come. The USA is a paper tiger protected only by current game mechanisms which discourage any real competition between countries.

It is funny, a larger Russia almost faced that fate itself, although the consequences were short-lived. To this day, it is unclear why eRepublik Labs divided the USA into 51 federal states, and Russia into 12 regions, when both have federal states (85 for Russia) and regions (4 for the USA). It would be only logical to assume that whichever system is to be applied, it should be applied to both of those countries (all the countries) the same, and in either scenario, Russia ought to have more regions.

Moving to taxes. The latest US Work Tax proposal brought it up from 1% to 3%, and as a result, a lot of non-US citizens have and will leave the States with their companies, and will lose any interest whatsoever in mantaining US territorial cohesion. It is not just about individuals: entire foreign, friendly and non-friendly MUs have their companies there. Tripling the expenses is hardly a way to convince them to stay. For some, it might be cheaper to move companies to countries without full bonues, but with minimum taxes. Others may return companies to their or allied countries so as to not pay taxes to their enemy. All those rich individuals, huge MUs, and entire small and mid sized and powerful countries which stationed their holdings in the States had in their best interest to keep the USA in one piece. We do not anymore.

For the sake of the argument, I will bust some of the myths the US congress has been using to justify the WT increase.
Myth No. 1: The USA needs to replenish its reserves. Last time I checked, there has been an increase in salaries by 10% and product prices by 20-500%, during and after the anniversary. What, that was not enough for you? By the way, what do you need all that extra money for? And remember the black Friday, when companies were 30% off? Do you realize how many extra companies got built in the USA back then? All contributing with taxes.
Myth No. 2: We need it to finance US war effort and programs for our citizens. The only war effort you have been conducting for months now are TWs, which actually bring you more profit through TP medals. Otherwise, why have them? Oh, and let us not forget your CO involvement in Latin America. What, now you are turning into RL America crusading in foreign countries and spending your people's money on it? Nice job! And about those help programs, I have seen them: most of them are permanent one-time handouts, it is not like you are promoting sustainability (using that money to finance companies for the poor). Basically, you are just creating wellfare abusers, and who pays for it? Those who work. RL deja vu, again? Not to mention you have actually
had enough money for those programs all this time, so do not pretened that is what the WT increase is for.
Myth No. 3: Other countries with full bonuses also have 3% WT. Hm, all those other countries actually wage wars. I mean, real wars, on their borders. You do not. Another huge difference: the USA is the only country in the game that has all the bonuses in its original regions. Romania, Iran & Co do not, and up to a third of their bonuses are alien regions, which they had to built corridors to, and then conquer. And now they have to keep mantaining those bonus regions, as well as corridor regions, against resistance efforts, on which they have to spend massive ammounts of money.
Myth No. 4: It is only temporary. US congressmen are
telling us this measure is going to last for about 3 months, hopefully, and then it will be lowered to 1%, or maybe even 2%. You forget that this is a game, and nobody is going to put up with anybody's whims for 3 months. Especially since here 1 month is equivalent to 4 RL years. 3 months in eRepublik, a game with so many changes all the time, is a long, long time. Not to mention there is no guarantee at all that it will go down, much less back to 1%.
Myth No. 5: It is too expensive to move companies out of the US. Company owners will suffer through it. Most citizens own raw companies, the 10 Gold ones. WT increased from 2,25 cc to 6,75: a 4,5 cc increase, per company. 3 months is 120 days, meaning we will pay at least 540 cc more WT per company. And the period of 3 months is considered to be minimum, it might last even longer. Not to mention that the WT rises with the average salary. For that kind of money raw company owners could move their companies anywhere in the world. It is not too expensive. It does pay off to move them outside the US and stop paying you taxes. No more „temporary“ mantra. We do not hear you. You lost our trust. We are waiting for a little while, to see if the US congress takes back its decision.

Work Tax and its average daily revenues in comparable countries:
- Serbia 3% - 300.000 cc
- Romania 3% - 150.000 cc
- USA 1% (before change) - 125.000 cc
- Iran 2% - 75.000 cc
- China 2% - 75.000 cc
Again, bear in mind that Romania and Serbia do not have all the resources in their core regions, and have to invest a lot of money into keeping those regions occupied. Also, they wage other, real wars (as real as they can get in the era of TWs). The USA, when comparing military needs, is closer to Iran and China, and yet earns a lot more, with
lower taxes. And it is fairly easy to project further potential growth in the USA (1% WT) since more than half of the new companies worldwide have been opened in the US alone. Until the tax change, that is. So, imagine if the USA never raised its WT, it would reach Romania in a couple of months. And when it comes to Serbia, that is their maximum output, and very temporary, considering they actually have to spend most of that money to keep their version of Commonwealth under occupation. It is safe to say, until the TW change, the USA was the country that earned most through that particular tax. Others earn more, but they also spend it.

And all those potential future companies, you have lost them all. Like I said, entire MUs and smaller countries have no interest in keeping the US whole anymore. Instead, they will shift their eyes to other countries. Andes and pro-Andes countries will make a greater effort in liberating South America. Before them getting conquered, Argentina and Chile had all the Weapons resources and a lot of Food resources, with lesser taxes. Brazil as well. Most businessmen invest only in a single industry, so the argument that the USA has almost all the resources and deserves higher taxes is invalid. I invest in Weapons, and there are other countries with full Weapons resources. Almost all of us think that way. And those countries all have lower average salary, meaning lower Work Tax. We will see how the events will unfold. But one thing is for sure: if the US does not lower the WT back soon, it will lose people's trust forever.

I just wish I could see what those congress member used as arguments on that forum, to have a good laugh. They are either thieves or political, economic and diplomatic know-nothings, and in either case are not suitable to hold that office. How cannot they understand that nobody would mess with the USA, ever, because of the 1% WT? It was eRepublik's version of Switzerlan😛 everybody has their money there and nobody touches it. How dumb the US congressmen could be? Man, I almost forgot that because of the higher WT most workers will avoid working for American employers. Your economy is going down for sure.

7. IMPROVED GAME MECHANICS: LOSS OF CITIZENSHIP & MEDAL TAXATION

Last month in Croatian congress we discussed a potential constitution that would guide politicians in their work, and prevent them from using their position for personal benefit, or worse, to damage country's interests. The idea was dismissed because there is no ingame way to enforce any of the rules, no mechanism to punish their breaking.

Then we had an issue of our citizens not respecting our TWs with Thailand and Peru, which provoked a lot of anger from those partner countries, since we are not anywhere near in the same time zones, and our soldiers asleep could not repair the damage, resulting in Thailand deletion. Even if the repairs were successful, they meant wasting resources for nothing. It is funny that a country is responsible for what its citizens do, but cannot prevent them in any way from doing it in the first place. A whole lot of other cuntries had the same problem, and
it only became greater when big bombs got into the hands of citizens who drop their brains before they do the bombs.

Why not enable a congress to take away citizenship with a 67% vote from enemies of the state? It is not like people need citizenship for anything else than voting, holding an office, and earning TP medals. But if they are such a-holes who do not respect TW agreements, why should they be able to earn TPs, let alone run for a political office? I know, TWs are not an ingame feature, and at their core, I do not support them since they hinder real fun, but this mechanism would enable countries to secure the exercise of some rules (ie constitution). Using scripts for automatic fighting on the wrong side while offline should not be an exuse, quite the contrary.

We have all seen and heard the fuss around the American WT. Apparently, they „need“ more money. It is a blatant lie, but whatever. I was thinking, how come the game mechanics enable countries to tax TP, FF and M medals which award Currency, but not the rest which award Gold? Imagine if all those tanks paid taxes on their numerous BH and SH medals as well. I do not see a reason why tax citizens who actually work and earn Currency, but not the ones who win Gold out of the thin air.

8. PANDEMIC OF MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

I received a request from a citizen who wants to stay anonymous to analyze a sudden surge of new citizens registered in Hungary. I thought to myself why not. I keep records of every country's population and CP voters on a monthly basis (I guess multi masters had not seen that coming), but I have never bothered to analyze them. Until now. Like I always say, I analyze the game as a whole, not individual things or occurences, and this time the multi fever is not individual. There is a whole bunch of countries with baffling citizen numbers (and a whole lot of other stuff, too). Now, I cannot be 100% sure, but if I had to bet on my account, my answer would be multiple accounts. Take into consideration that here I
list not only enemies, but friendlies as well, and even my own country Croatia. I am completely unbiased here, you have to give me that.

Data was collected on CP election dates. It is a rule of thumb that roughly around 20% of active citizens, give or take,
vote in CP elections. You also have to keep in mind that multiple accounts used during the League of Allies event would be shown here during the month of October, and would be dead by the November elections. Multies used during the 10th anniversary are supposed to show themselves during the December elections (accounts die only after 30 days), though, it is quite possible their masters started creating them earlier to avoid suspicion. After all, it was a common knowledge that every citizen gained 90 Gold during the last anniversary, and similar was to be expected here. One last warning: do not presume these countries own the multies; a smart master will seed them elsewhere instead of in his home country to help avoid suspicion. But then again, as we can see, they are not that smart. This is solely my own interpretation of the data collected.
Argentina - There is significant increase of citizens in November. Too late to use them to collect Gold during the League of Allies, and too early to do the same during the anniversary since they would have still been alive if that were the case. There is a slight increase in voters, but nothing significant. My bet is they had a short baby boom that did not end well.
Bulgaria - Bingo! Significant increase of citizens who had already died by the time November elections took place. No change in voters. Hello LoA Gold! Off course, it might have been another failed baby boom.
Croatia - A significant baby boom that took place at the end of October and beginning of November is the best time period to avoid suspicion, but it might have been just an anniversary rouse. Only a slight increase in voters this month, when some of the babies have already died. Probably a genuine baby boom, since the government took a hell of an effort to keep in touch with the babies. And party of the Croat most often accused of creating multies, Don Croatas, fell short of reaching Top 5 to run for congress by a single place, so if those are multies, they are definitely not his.
Egypt - Now, this a country I do not understand. Only 1% of its citizens vote. 1%! On top of that, why is Egypt not a powerhouse like Romania or Serbia, with those numbers? I will tell you why: because ther average level is 5.
Greece - see Bulgaria.
Hungary - Wow! They did not even try to be subtle. No increase of voters whatsoever. If you ask me, they smelled the free anniversary Gold.
Indonesia - see Croatia and Egypt. How does a country with 6000 citizens not rule at least India, Australia and the entire southeast Asia in general which is filled with small,
weakling countries ruled by wannabe European dictators? Move aside, RL WWII-era Japan! Average level 8.
Iran - nothing weird here, slow and steady increase in citizen and voters numbers. But, you never know.
Philippines - Oh my God, this is an effin jackpot! Are you kidding me?! How do you increase population by 1300% in 2 months?! 1300%!!! Unbelivable. Voters? Nothing, nada, niente, nichts! Philipinnes is for multi masters what the Cayman Islands are for RL money launderers! Average level 7.
Romania - see Iran.
Singapore - most definitely multies.
Slovenia - see Hungary, but even worse.

9. RESISTANCE HERO LIST

I am back in business! If you want to receive daily lists, updated 2 times during the day, of all the RWs that are likely to succed, message me. Unlike the other avilable, monthly list, I do not charge for the list itself: I charge only the medals that you win, 0,25 gold a piece, after you win them. That way, you can rest assured that I will not cheat you since it is in my interest to list you proper RWs that I join myself. The more RH medals you win, the more gold I earn. Also, you can stop the subscription any time you want (for example, you cannot play due to RL reasons), unlike when you pay for a monthly access to RH doc, and then your money goes to waste when you suddenly lose the interest after a week. Plus, I make a personal effort of finding damage for the right side when things go south because of some noobs who throw megabombs for a single BH. 8 RH medals earned during the last Weekly Challenge (visible in the table above) are a testament to all this.

Finding proper RWs is becoming increasingly difficult. There are more and more countries that raise them not only for TP, but for RH as well, and will not tolerate foreigners. They will simply switch orders from FF to TP if they notice it was outsiders who raised the RW. Some countries, dealt with the issue by having conquered multiple regions at once (instead of 1:1 ratio of direct and resistance wars) so outsiders cannot tell which region would be raised next. Only native citizens who speak the language can execute last minute orders. Others have published warnings in English and that is
great. I have no wish to forcibly interfere with other country's matters. Some countries do uphold a TW agreement, but like to keep that region or two with the resources they need. Then, others like to keep 2-3 regions occupied, instead of just one. RH medals on my profile prove all I write here, and in the last 2 weeks I listed dozen wars a day, with only 5 failures in total. All that, and much more you can find out by paying a measly 5% fee (0,25 Gold) only when you win the medal.
