Greatings brave Cypriots,

This article is my official proposal for the next CP term.

--Government.
There will be no government. All decisions will come from majority using group pms. As game mechanics force us to have some people in "government" i will rotate all active Cypriots to those places daily so all will have more than one chance to be minister for a day. Group pms have a limitation to number of participants so i will organise them using division and devotion criteria. High council will have >div2 players that have Cypriot CS more than 6 months or so. Of course there will be some exceptions for people we do know for real and are not multies etc. Thing is that all Cypriots regardless division will participate and have a chance to vote for any decision.

--External Policy.
Nobody gives a fuck for Cyprus and we dont either for anyone. We will sell our support to the highest bidder and this will continue as long as its profitable for us. Cyprus gain will be the only criteria for any decision. Friendshit, devotion and other crybaby stuff are out for good.
We need more regions. If any country or alliance wants our support must give us regions. I dont care who that will be, best offer wins.

--Alliances.
We will not be part of any alliance formally.

--NAP with e-Greece
We will honour the deal as long as e-Greece does the same.

--Internal Policy.
Any reference to grik or gluglu "part" of Cypriot community wins a butfuck. We are ONE fucking community, we write in english as this language is common knowledge to all and if someone cant read it i am sure someone else can help with translation.

--CS.
No more CS giveaways to players that come and go. First thing i will do when elected is to bring this matter to the council.

--Commune.
Commune is good but not working properly. Rauf took all project on him, thats not fair or viable. I think that buying mass quantities from global market as a state and resell them to fighters without profit is the most viable solution. We need cheap tanks for all and i think this is the way to accomplish it from day 1. We will try to make commune work but thats not something that can be done in a day or two.

--Involvement.
Apart from the decision making pms, any Cypriot that has some personal time to spare is welcomed to help. I believe in auto organisation so i am confident that if a matter arises that needs something to be done, the first Cypriot that sees that will attend to it. I hope so anyway. No orders or tasks will be given from administration anyway.

--PMS
Its true that an out break of PMS is bothering us. I will create a PMS group message for any sick Cypriot to use and start bitching without flooding with bloody messages the decision making group pms.

--Boobs
Boobs are good. Doctors say so.
