Dear Plato,
The picture on the homepage is, to put it bluntly, an insult to the eUK. Frenchies raising a flag over London? Just imagine the uprising it would create if the image involved a more significant country, such as Croatian flags flying over Serbia.
We would appreciate the image looking a little more like this:

Agreed change the opening page perhaps to the union flag stuck on the Eiffel tower...
Actually eRep had changed the home Page to the statue of liberty with the Chinese flag in the ground for a while, but then disappeared
But yes a change is needed.
There should just be a collection of different versions for most nations that is either set to show your own nations succeeding version or is randomised.

Good idea Ayame Crocodile to randomize or to set to the nation from where you log in.
It's should be something realistic, like the Austrian flag raised over the Kremlin.

The picture is completely illogical in many respects. Tower Bridge would never sink into the Thames in the manner depicted. Why anybody would want to plant a flag on a pile of rubble is beyond me.
But besides that, is there no way to contact the Admins directly?

I don't find it offensive.
If you consider real UK and France have been at war for centuries, during the crusades, the american independence. We're good friends now (other than ignorant british who hate anyone foreign) and i see no harm in the French flag being raised over London. It's an interesting art piece, i like it. Show's what is capable in the game.

wait thats french flag on the sign up page, i thought french flag was just white.
ok seriously do u actually care. its just art, its not important at all, why would u care over a picture.
if u want have picture how about poland flag on german landmark or a french landmark. as its true pretty much germnay and france always end up being invaded by poland.
its not only the UK! sometimes it shows Turks raising their flag on the Parthenon in Greece.... Its good it hasnt been noticed by any greeks because it would cause a huge uprising
@ peej02, compared to countries like france and germany who are alaways under poland invasion, we dont spend that wipe. ye france and germany have land but they hide and lose all there mainland. they have like 1 or 2 original regions left not to mention compared to france and germany have alot more original land then we do.
I'm sure they used us as we are such a placid people. Could you imagine the star of David flag in Iran, they would start a jihad.

Randomization would make sense and it isn't that hard to create 5-6 versions of the homepage background image.
I woud like for the homepage image too consist of several semi naked women holding assault rifles.. But that's just me.
The eGovernment happily and readily give away parts of the country in so called "region swaps" So I won't get upset over a French flag in a silly little picture.
This picture was taken in 1066 A-C when France invaded you IRL..and took your country for over 300 years.

Because everybody knows they had guns in 1066. I'm pretty sure most of London wasn't built back then too.
@frenchsoldier. u fail at history, the normans invaded us, and they made modern britain. and guess what, the normans were not french they hated the french so no france never invaded britain the normans did. if the french did we be apart of your french empire and we would have never beaten your greatest hero Napoleon. so go learn your history.
you french had wars with the normans, god france was not last country to invade britain, it was the normans. so dont talk about history.
