Nucksalltheway: eCanada's Latest Thief

The DAL was once the premier political force in eCanada for quite some time. However, it no longer remains. But like many once great things, it continues to be apart of our community. Recently, this forum thread has become declassified and is now available for all eCanadians to see.
It seems that nucksalltheway went crying to Congress looking for forgiveness for stealing 150 000 CAD worth of Gold from the DAL charity fund.
So, it seems that nucksalltheway wants to claim it was an oversight during the collapse of his party. What did he do? Gave some of it to his friend Artorious Perim, then spent the rest. Only now, almost a full year after the collapse of the DAL does he feel remorseful.
And why were we not made aware of this when nucksalltheway first presented this to Congress? It's simply. Claims of 'national security'. And what sort of threat would be posed by the country knowing about a theft from a charity?
There we go. It seems that eCanada was kept in the dark about a thief being the head of our national army because Congress decided to keep it a secret. That is until now. Now that this is public and open for all to see what will become of nucksalltheway.
I call upon CAF HC as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces to do the right thing and remove 'General' Nucksalltheway from the MU. A thief should not be welcome in leadership. A thief who openly admits to stealing from a charity should not have access to our MU funds. Remove him at once for the good of the MU.

Don't forget the part about Chochi blackmailing nucksalltheway and giving him the ultimatum to give it to his personal charity or risk being exposed
If anyone's wondering what I've done with the money, it's been bundled together with donations from other generous Canadians and repackaged as interest free loans to newer Canadians. Someone just repaid the rest of their loan leaving 98,000 CAD loaned out to 6 different people.

This is abuse of CDC as it is being used to protect friend's and insiders. No excuse for that. Bring down the walls and let us see what else they are hiding for our own good.

Yeah no big deal. Nuck`s is a friend so we won`t hold him accountable. Nothing wrong with keeping other peoples donations and using them for your own personal gain. Nothing unethical about that all. Nothing wrong with those in the know withholding the information by pretending it had national security implications neither. I`m sure that is done all the time to hide the elites dirty laundry. Carry on, there is nothing to see here at all.

Thanks boys. But I have never been part of government or held a position with CAF. I have held several positions of trust in the CPF and their MU and now TCO and I have never had money from them that I did not know what I was suppose to do with.
I have to two major concerns. Even the confession is less then honest. 150,000 Cdn in gold. What does that mean? Based on what conversion? Just tell me how much gold you misappropriated.
The gold was probably invested in to top of the line q companies and he is paying back in cdn profits. I feel his pain.
2nd and even more concerning is the cover up. National Security reasons is a total joke. The only reason to withhold the information is to cover it up for personal reasons. Note, even the person quoted uses bracket's around "national Security" indicating that he knows it is total bull shit. All those who agreed to this a part of a conspiracy are not worthy of holding positions of trust neither.
The cover up is always worse then the crime in politics. Give us names of the conspirators and let them explain what possible national security implications this had.
drui😛 i haven't a brief for any side but I do note that this thing appeared in closed door congress on Jan 28th - two weeks ago. That it was moved out of closed door so quickly seems to me to demonstrate that your congress did the right thing and didn't want to hide this. Not much of a cover up by canada's elite players really. As to the responsibility of a few individuals I say nothing.
My simple point about "elite" was... pretty simple: you are part of the elite. Not part of the CAF, but an elite player undoubtedly. And quite often, elite players do the right thing excepting of course those occasions when they pander to the newbs by suggesting that they aren't part of the elite. Perhaps that is too harsh. We all make errors from time to time.
Nothing is dated here. I was assuming since the misappropriation was so long ago that the confession must of come a lot earlier. Took along time for that guilty conscience to kick in I guess. I stand corrected on that point and withdraw my criticism of the elite which I am part of.
My last comment on this is this. If a person around here is not very popular and they do the slightest thing wrong they are immediately ostracized. New laws are made up after the fact, or old laws totally miss used. But if the person is well liked, they seem to get a free pass. This happens over and over again.
So the next time someone you all don`t like screws up, give them the same consideration as you have all chosen to do here.

I remember when the DAL approved nucks to give out all the CAD he was entrusted to hold while Dominik and Scorpius was driving the DAL into the dirt and nuck's replied with "NO WAY, I am not letting it go"! Why did he wait 8 months or so to bring it up? At one time Nuck's had a lot of respect, the DAL didn't trust Dominik or Scorpius to hold a tissue and after a party vote we decided that Nuck's would hold the charity funds till we planned how it would all get spent before the official dissolving of the DAL. But once the remaining members held a critical vote to donate the CAD to a few different places and call it done, Nuck's said "NO WAY"... Nuck's is a crook! Lock him up and throw away the key, what kind of person steals from a charity!
