I am going to get fried for this. But, here goes...
I sent an inquiry to our Dear Admin:
Why are the forums not working? My guess is that since you have altered the game mechanics...

Originally, this article had the entire email I sent to Admin... It was a bit mean-spirited though, and doesn't really add much to the main point, which is: "The forums have been down during all these substantial game changes; why can't the global community of players talk about all these changes easily?"
This edit to tame things down does lessen the amusement value that the original article had.. It did feel good to vent, but it is time to be civil again.

Anyway, the forums are apparently coming back, as per their reply:

We will solve this issue, we do forum maintenance and you will soon be able to post your feedback about new changes (as soon as the forum is out of maintenance). Thanks for your support.

Actually it's working great, because before it had become a test ground for vindictive mods, who went around trying to give justice as they saw. Usually on vague personal reasons or worst national reasons.
Instead of fixing the problems with the Mods, they decided to kill the forum. Not a big loss in my opinion as it had become a ground for propaganda, smearing and RL politics.
Their response is the usual utter bullshit. They don't only need game designers, they need proper support team.
If I may suggest you something. Keep rating their crap support replies which are clearly either automated messages or "go away nothing to see here" messages with rating 1. That reopens the ticket and I think it also makes a support person rating, so your ticket will slowly advance from basic staff to higher ones and if you are polite and persistent enough you might even get a proper answer at the end. It works I tested a few times, though you need a lot of time.
We all know by now that they are unable to solve their staff problems, so meh.....
They don't need a game designer, they need a complete overhaul of their staff, their programing is as bad if not worst. There is people with DB's of bugs and every-time there is a change check if old bugs are around and usually at least some show up.

ah, eDarkAngel... I agree to an extent. The forums were out of control. But, for Dear Admin to keep the forums down so long, especially with such drastic changes to the game, well... I just think that smells fishy. If they want to host a game without any meaningful venue for OOC social interaction, so be it. I state this all as eJapanese, and in character, of course.

I tokk the liberty to make a short list of suggestions to the admins about how to make money without making the entire game revolve around buying gold. I mean - what's next? Pay one gold for each additional vote in elections? Anyway here's some suggestions to replace the gold buying focus and thus bring back a better gameplay:
Banner ads - Free money
Smartphone apps - Android and iOS at the very least. Needs to facilitate working, daily training and access to ingame PM's. Bonus content in paid app could be monetary market access, fighting etc.
Premium subscription - Bring back something like the increased storage subscription you had. Make it useful but without giving people an unfair advantage. Like unlimited storage or something
Loyalty program - Get rid of it. The idea with loyalty points is ok but let all rewards be available to everyone. I'm not going to pay a lot of money just to see what is the next bonus item I can get. I want to know what it is before I buy.
Start listening to your communnity - The best way to make us buy gold is not to force us, but to create a great game that we wish to support. Right now you are alienating the vast majority of the population and that is not good for business I can tell you.

they don't give a s^&t about the players , it's their game and they do as they please

It's unfortunate that the Admin response to worldwide/general player annoyance seems to be "reduce the avenues for communication." The new media module is not so good, and the forums being down completely is inexcusable. Naturally, most responses will come from the most annoyed players, but there are usually enough folks like yourself who take the time to write something intelligent so that the forum communication still has value.

Maybe they can not reopen the Forum because all the countries from ONE, TERRA and EDEN will ALL STAND TOGETHER complaining about the game.
