MY PERSONAL MANIFESTO!

Day 1,910, 06:10 Published in India India by Wildy Quark
Is there an election that I am contesting?
No
Then what’s with the odd timing of manifesto?

Am I inspired by Sibeesh’s Valentine’s day article that was published on Feb 10 instead of Feb 14?
Well yes!
I am very impressed by his enthusiasm towards the game which frankly is contagious. So I would like to award him with 100 INR for this magnificent energy both on activity feed and newspaper media. Promising newbie already. Check out his paper Invisible ray!

So I am making some points down below which aims for involvement and providing motivation to everyone playing the game to ask for information.
MY MANIFESTO

1. I will NOT take part in the formal cabinet or congress.
– Don’t need that gold, medal, fame or title.

2. My formal political activity will be limited only to my party Jai Hind.
- I am not going to stand in any elections yet, and will help towards building an honest party. I will contest for elections when I see improvement and reforms in general attitude.

3. I shall make the place more fun by participating in the media.
- I am coming up with new contests shortly. Already have some sponsors! Need way more though! But it will be new, simple but dynamic.

4. I will call your BS when I see it
- Too many power games are played in this game. I am watching you. I know I am not in the congress thread, frankly don’t need to be part of that sham. Why I called it a sham? Wait for my next article on it : P

5. I will help newbies to become strong, independent all-rounders.
- I won’t use them just to gain votes, popularity or push my own agenda.

6. I will try to bring TRANSPARENCY in the government.
- I know I am not in the government. So how will I achieve this? Wait and watch 😛

These might have sounded rather bold and blunt. But having been inside the cabinet and playing an active part in the past, I have witnessed some weird activities that are totally dreadful. I am doing this to exercise the RIGHT TO INFORMATION.

I shall keep bringing up topics and questions that the people in charge should try to answer. Everyone should know what is going on. Nobody has a clue on how deep the shallow waters run

POSSIBLE EXCUSES YOU MAY SEE FROM POWER HOLDERS:

1. Vague, uninformative article stating partial facts or twisted facts.

-This means we need walls of text. Not biblical statements where people can slip away saying “Oh it’s all about interpretation” (No offense to religious people)

We would expect information, your explanation and your perspective on it. Yes I will read it and others will read it too.

2. Don’t know how to write

-Sure you do. I am not a grammar Nazi. You are not writing to win the Pulitzer. Writing is your duty.
The less people write the more they got to hide.

We need to know why you are doing what you are doing and why you are not doing what you are not doing. The information is not rocket science. Share your information. Change the following attitude:

“Keeping knowledge and contacts to myself will give me power”

This is a team game. Don’t ruin it for everybody.
3. It is not strategic because it is dangerous to reveal information

-This is what you will hear the most. Let me tell you, that is load of BS. You can tell your own people what the problems are. Why? BECAUSE IT IS OUR PROBLEM TOO. You represent the people. Don’t make it your personal game. Give us the answers in-game, on IRC, PM wherever. Millions and gazillion ways to do that. Not going to buy excuses.
4. Don’t know what to write

-You don’t have to worry, I have plenty of questions which need answers. 🙂
5. No time

-BS. There is time to chat on IRC, time to talk and connive with diplomats from other countries, talk behind people’s back, get personal, etc. Just no time to write?

Not hearing that excuse. Either you write it or get someone to write it on your behalf. If you can’t be on the job, delegate. Delegation is crucial. Heck Get me to write it on your behalf if you want. Glad to oblige 🙂
6. Noobs wouldn’t understand

-If I hear this line again, I will dig deeper and get logs and out all your games lol. Don’t tempt me.

What is there not to understand? Infact, that above statement is embarrassing. I have had the pleasure of talking to some “noobs” who are real leaders and very sharp in RL. They work and some even own large companies. So doubting their intelligence will only make me doubt your intelligence.

There are tons of more excuses people come up with which you will get to know as you start asking questions.
TO THE PEOPLE

Be active and ask questions. PM me with questions if you don’t want to ask them yourself. Let me tell you something.

I NEVER reveal my sources. My sources know it well. Infact, I don’t even reveal the identities of those who went against me and got personal. I am not a snitch. I don’t rat out people.

So send me your questions. I shall compile it and ask your favorite politician to answer it 🙂 If the questions become too large in number, I need a helper to help me out with this project. Questions will be forwarded respecting your anonymity.
Why I am doing this?

1. Past Policy Fails.
2. Under-utilization of brain power.
3. Lies, lies and less truth.
4. No team work
5. Power Hogging
6. Bad strategies
7. Lack of articles from the honorable dignitaries
8. Bullying newly elected people
9. Bullying people who ask questions
10. Bullying people who don’t follow your agenda.
11. Much boredom in the game.

Okay I’m done, for today lol. I hope the above will only set things working more rapidly and productively. I hope it will bring about positive changes.

To the ones who are already writing articles, good job and thank you! We owe you support and appreciation. Everyone is working towards better India. It is the duty of politicians to help us achieve that.

Let us join hands together and see to it that the work gets done for better eIndia!

expectantly yours,

Wild Quark [Nikki]
