Many prestige points !!! 😱😱😱 [family friend edition]

During the day I was seeing some missions that are normally there, but because I was curious about the prestige points, which I decided to ask in the friends chat for their respective screenshots of their points earned.


And before showing the catches that were sent to me first, I show the prestige points that I have earned.



But I did not expect others to have many but many points of prestige.



However, I thought I saw everything, until ...




And that's not all...



Then I began to investigate what the challenge of prestige points is and yesterday I discovered this beautiful function.

I began to delve into the history of updates and found these jewels.

However, throughout the investigation, I thought that the prestige point challenge had no limit until I found the next update corresponding to day 3416. It is a bit long to capture and I think it is very important to rescue it, so use the magic of copy paste.

Prestige Hunter Update
Dear Citizens,

Today, between 00:40 and 1:02 eRepublik time, the performance of one of our redis servers degraded unexpectedly, rendering the site unusable. Although we did our best to restore the service as quickly as possible, we are aware that most of you who tried to harvest the epic battles during this period were unable to make the most of their boosters.

We are sorry for the frustration it caused and we restored the full boosters that were active during that time and were affected by the issue. The boosters are already in your inventory at the time of publishing. You can check the full list here

Tomorrow we will also add 4 prestige boosters (+1 prestige points, 5 minute duration) to the inventory of each player who has logged in today. The boosters will expire half an hour before the end of this week’s challenge ( Day 3,422 23:30).

As some of you have already discovered, during the event no extra rewards are available on the weekly progress bar after the 40000 Prestige Point threshold. We did cap the prizes to that milestone as during previous weeklies, only several players did surpass that milestone and even fewer significantly.

We do however acknowledge that this is no regular "weekly", and given your feedback we are adding an extra layer of prizes for the heavy tankers.

The top 100 Prestige Points hunters will compete for extra rewards as follows:

4000 prestige points weekly! They have to be kidding!
Personally, it is still very difficult for me to obtain at least 2000 prestige points, but I have found some recommendations that may be helpful for others in the long term.


Every 10 Energy gives 1 Prestige, so If your hit uses 100 energy you will get 10 Prestige.

Ofc Epic will give +1, and PP booster can give +1(and other event things).

Other then that is the same for all battles. The difference might be how much energy 1 hit uses, but it doesn't affect the PP gained from that Energy.

Increase energy storage by buying houses, do not fight until energy is full or you find an EPIC first, once full look for EPIC or other ways to earn. Save energy bars if not VISA player and wait for good advice to be published

Tuesday after DC catch epic battles. Use ghost booster in case if not your CS country epic.
Rest of the week air battles for those who are not strong ground accs 😉
This way you fill up more every 6 minutes the rest of the week, give more air dmg, grow faster in air rank 😉

Without packs and scripts, weekly you can finish between 3k and 7k pp, depends how much you put to epic on Tuesday.
With packs (bp and pp) around 20-23k pp
And for tanks is usually not a problem to get to those 40k pp 😉

Also, during some special events like eRep anniversary, weekly challenge is finished with 60k instead of 40k.

In simple terms, the more energy you spend the further you get in the Weekly Challenge (energy spent in epics counts twice). The energy you spend is the sum of the energy you gain + Energy bars. Things that impact your energy gain: houses, +1 recovery bonuses you get from WC and Power Pack.

The general strategy follows from these rules. Have at least Q1+Q2 houses since they pay for themselves. If you ever use EBs, use them as early as you can and spend them in epics so you receive the +1 bonuses ASAP. Some or all of these bars you'll get back later thanks to progressing further in the WC due to your higher energy gain.
