7/9/2009: Creation of Congressional Medal Of Kickass Yes To be awarded to citizens who perform extraordinary acts of benefit to the eUS. First awardees: Lucky and the French MoFA (honorary) who uncovered the Robert S. Miller fraud, and Joao Satan, who several weeks ago, unknowingly bought a weapons company stolen from the eUS and returned it on being informed of the theft.

7/9/2009: Reduce import taxes on weapons from 25% to 5% No The eUS market already has extremely cheap weapons. Persuasive evidence was presented that foreign companies could sell weapons below the eUS cost of production if the tax were reduced. After about a month of lowering or eliminating tariffs imposed by the eUS, no foreign nation has fully reciprocated. The primary argument favoring the embargo on Hungary was that weapon prices were too low in the eUS, but now the "free traders" want to encourage foreign nations to import "cheap" weapons. This makes no sense.

7/9/2009: Issue 200,000 USD in exchange for 1000 Gold Yes New dollars used to maintain 1G=0.02 dollars.
