We have come from far and deep, from a broken country where division between rl nationality and hate towards each other was preached, towards a country where we stand shoulder to shoulder.

Shoulder to shoulder, united and finding our true identity in our common goal; raising Israel!
Raising our nation to new heights to new dimensions, to new borders and to new possibilities.

Israel is only halfway my friends, so much work yet to be done. So much improvements to be implemented, so much more to gain.

I have been told, and confirmed by the translators, that my speeches are quite lengthy, but as we witnessed this period,....it is not all words. It is mainly action and a lot of work.

So what are Joe Franco’s plans for coming CP period?

1) We did not only gain Eastern Province for a while, we managed to extend our territories to the east, into UAE and kept them, even the fights were fierce! Not once but twice Israel survived a doubled fronted attack. Not only did we survive it, but we won them, by good coordination and communication. Be sure we will have more exciting battles in the future!

2) Project Rocket will be rolled out this period. Its only fair that we desire damage from our citizens, that the Government subsidizes the damage done! If that will be a subsidy in money or weapons, will be revealed soon.

3) Continued Financial Transparency! The latest reports are open and clear for all citizens. We do not want finance behind closed doors. Its our money, our taxes and should be visible.

4) I would like to see a better communication between Congress and Government! Once in the 2 weeks a close conversation between member of the Government and members of Congress. Together in an IRC channel. Government will elaborate on its coming plans, and Congress can elaborate on her wishes and bring ideas forward. Although it is not my idea at all, it is a good idea, and I would like to see it implemented in our society.

I hereby plea Congress to pick a Spokesman, who will organize this event, and make an agenda for the first meeting!

5) eIDF! We have started with the National Army, but in all honesty it wasn’t as easy as it appeared. Finding the right consensus that pleases the eIDF and the existing Military Units is not an easy and certainly not a quick job. Please my eIsraeli bear with me, constructing the eIDF in a haste will only result in a failure.
I will devote just as much time it needs, to accomplish the “Settled” phase of the eIDF, this coming CP period.

6) Foreign Relations have improved drastically last period. Our contacts with all our surrounding nations is more then good hence our cooperation with Cyprus and recently with Iran. Although we still need to intensify with other EDEN allies.

7) My last point, and the most dearest. UNITY! One simple word! One simple action. Respect and openness to each other. To accept each other whether they are rl Israeli or rl French, whether they speak Hebrew or English. We are all eIsraeli and we all have the same Goal; eIsrael on a higher level. Therefore I say “Unity in Israel”!

My last point for coming elections, and actually the foundation of everything, the Government Team. These members are the motor of the country, they are the heart and core:

ישראל לקראת אופקים חדשים - ג'ו פרנקו כהנשיא שלכם

אי-ישראלים יקרים,

הגענו ממדינה עמוקה ושבורה, שיש בה חלוקה ממקום המוצא של חלק בחיים האמיתיים ושנאה אחד כלפי השני הייתה נראת, במדינה שהיינו אמורים לעמוד כתף אל כתף.

כתף אל כתף, מאוחדים ומוצאים את הזהות שלנו תחת המטרה המשותפת שלנו; הפיכת אי ישראל למקום טוב יותר! הרמת המדינה שלנו לגבהים חדשים ומימדים חדשים, לגבולות חדשות ואפשריות חדשות.

ישראל רק בחצי הדרך חברים, יש עוד הרבה עבודה שצריכה להיעשות. עוד הרבה שיפורים שצריכים לצאת לפועל, עוד הרבה להשיג.

המתרגמים שלי אמרו לי, שהנאומים שלי יחסית ארוכים, אבל כפי שאנחנו עדים בתקופה זו, זה לא רק מילים. זה בעיקר אקשן והרבה עבודה שעושים.

אז מה התכניות של ג'ו פרנקו לתקופת הנשיאות הבאה?

1) לא רק הרווחנו את איסטרן פרובינס לתקופה מסוימת, הצלחנו גם להרוויח את השטחים שלנו מזרחית. להשיג את השטחים של איחוד האמירות וגם לשמור אותם אפילו שקשה! זה לא פעם ראשונה שישראל שרדה 2 חזיתות. לא רק ששרדנו את זה, עם תיאום טוב ותקשורת טובה. תצפו לעוד קרבות מרגשים כאלה בעתיד!

2) פרויקט הטילים יצא לפועל התקופה הזאת, אם אנחנו רוצים עוד נזק שהאזרחים שלנו עושים, הדבר הכי פר לעשות זה לממן את הנזק! אם זה יהיה סבסוד לנשקים או כסף, את זה תגלו בקרוב.

3) המשכת השקיפות הכלכלית! הדוחות האחרונים הם קלים להבנה לכול האזרחים. אנחנו לא רוצים את הכלכלה שלנו תחת דלתות סגורות, כי בסך הכול, זה הכסף שלנו, ואנחנו רוצים לדעת מה קורה איתו.

4) אני גם רוצה להגדיל את התקשורת בין הכנסת לממשלה, פעם בשבועיים שיחה סגורה תתנהל בין חבר קבינט לבין חברי הכנסת ביחד בצאט בחדר איי אר סי. ההמשלה תפרט על התכניות הקרובות שלה. הכנסת גם תוכל להציע תכניות משל עצמם ולהביע רעיונות. אף על פי שזה לא הרעיון שלי בכלל, זה רעיון טוב. ואני ירצה לראות איך זה מיושם במדינה שלנו.

אני מתחנן גם בפני הכנסת לבחור יו"ר שהוא יארגן את הפגישות האלה ובמיוחד לעשות סדר בפגישה הראשונה!

5) צה"ל! התחלנו עם צבא לאומי, אבל למען האמת זה לא כזה קל כמו שזה נראה. מציאת הדברים שמקובלים על ידי צה"ל והיחידות הנוכחיות זה לא קל ובטח שלא עבודה קצרה. אי ישראלים שלי, בניית צה"ל בחיפזון רק יגרום לכישלון. אני יתן לזה זמן כמה שצריך, כדי להשלים את השלב ה"מיושב" בתקופת הנשיאות הזאת.

6) יחסי החוץ שלנו השתפרו בתקופה האחרונה באופן דרסטי. הקשר שלנו עם המדינות שמקיפות אותנו ושיתוף הפעולה עם קפריסין ואיראן הוביל אותנו לתוצאות. אמנם אנחנו עדיין צריכים להתחזק בקשרים שלנו עם מדינות עדן אחרות.

7) הנקודה האחרונה שלי והכי חשובה. אחדות! מילה פשוטה אחת! פעולה פשוטה אחת. כבוד ושמיעת האחר. לקבל את כולם כמו שהם לא משנה אם זה ישראלי בחיים האמיתיים או צרפתי בחיים האמיתיים. לא משנה אם הם מדברים עברית או אנגלית. כולנו אי-ישראלים, לכולנו יש מטרה אחת; אי-ישראל ברמה גבוהה יותר. ולכן אני אומר "אחדות בישראל"!
