Is Finnish Healthcare Lacking?

Day 843, 14:15 Published in Finland Canada by Auk Rest

So, Finland you are one of the three scandinavian countries (excluding Denmark), and I must say I'm a bit shocked at Finnish healthcare. Your swedish neighbors have at least Q4 hospitals in every region, with a Q5 in two of the most populated RL areas.

In Finland you have two Q5 hospitals, one in Western Finland and one in Aland. But the rest of Finland is bare and with not a hospital to be seen. Norway, on the other hand has Q5 hospitals in all of its regions, even in Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Though right now most of these hospitals are doing Norway no good, if Norway experiences a baby boom, then those hospitals will greatly come in handy. But what about Finland? Most of the RL population lives in the Southern Finland, a region that is strangely without a hospital. Svalbard and Jan Mayen has 44 citizens living in it with a Q5 hospital. Southern Finland has over 200 with none.

Do you get my drift, Finland? Your neighbors have excellent healthcare systems and perhaps it is time for Finland to place at least one more hospital (Q4 or Q5) in Southern Finland. I know the threat from Russia is real and the system of keeping your hospital zones safe, but for the sake of the 200+ citizens ( and more to come) in Southern Finland, they would be appreciative for the hospital.

I am not a Finnish politician so don't go hating on me for not knowing "the full story".
