Interview with most promising Dutch CP candidate Thanatos the Magnificent!

As his friend and member of GPN, I am proud to announce our candidate for the upcoming CP elections: Thanatos the Magnificent. A name well-known in the international community and since the government Zeeuwsmeisje I he has proven himself to our country as our inexhaustible Minister of Defense. On the day before the elections, who is Thanatos?

1. Can you introduce yourself? Like your name, for instance what do you do in RL?

In RL my name is Davor. I live in Osijek, Croatia. I’m 24 years. I’m a student at two Faculties, law and economics. I still have time to play this game 😉 I like almost everything, women, drinking, fun and traveling xD

2. Can you tell us more about your past achievements in eRepublik?

I was one time Country President in Ireland, and ass. Military Commander in EDEN Head Quarters. I have been party president in Croatia and several times in Ireland, besides being fourteen time member of Congress (in Croatia, Ireland and the Netherlands). In Ireland I was three times Minister of Defense, three times viceMinister of Defense and Commander of the famous Irish Army. In the Netherlands I now serve my second term as Minister of Defense and I’m 2nd Commander of Praetorian Guard NL.

3. Why did you come over to the eNetherlands in the first place?

I came to the Netherlands on the invitation of my friend van Spijck in order to help the Netherlands where I can. And I heard that the eNL have good drugs and beautiful women xD I’m kidding 😃

4. Can you tell me about your MoD position? (because the people in our community are sometimes unaware of what we do).

I know that many people think that the job of Minister of Defense isn’t a hard job and can be done without much effort. But I will tell you they are absolutely wrong about that. Indeed the work of the Minister of Defense is very difficult, you have to be alert and online very much, need to organize strikes and supplies as well as write articles. And of course your first task is to contact other countries to coordinate battles. In my last MoD position, we have freed one region and so we get more congressmen and now we’re wiped again by Poland. We can do it again, isn’t the end of the world 😉

5. Why did you candidate for CP?

In the first place I didn’t candidate for the medal. I already have one. I was president of Ireland. I think the Netherlands need an experienced, open-minded and hard working leader now with good international contacts. That is what I believe I can offer and I want to help the Netherlands as much as I can, building new friendships with other countries too.

6. What would you do first if you become our next CP? What are you going to fight for?

First I will donate the 5 gold from the CP medal to the State and further planning of the liberation of our regions. I will fight hard by all means thinkable to liberate the Netherlands.

7. Can you tell us what is your opinion on foreign relations, our occupation and of Poland? Should our nation fight for regions which are rightfully ours?

It’s obvious that Poland doesn’t want diplomatic relations or talk with us. We saw this when we were wiped again a few days ago. Yes, we need to fight for our regions.

8. Last week we had many attacks on our CP, who was being accused of leading the country undemocratically. What do you think of this?

If you are referring to the congressional elections. I fully understand the reaction of the Minister of Finance, we are a small country with not quite such a source of money, and we lost 3 congress seats. This is 7,5 gold. We need each gold or NLG at this time. The intention of the MoF writing the article was obviously not political and people who were afraid it was abuse of power, maybe need to rethink their own intentions...

9. In times of war you sometimes need fast and swift decisions; would you for instance be in favour of referenda for important matters? Can people trust you on this?

If you think for issues like joining or leaving an alliance, yes, we need to hold a referendum. It is my intention to guide our country democratically. Of course, people can trust me. I didn’t cheat on nobody or steal from any bank or country. I doubt I would have been president of Ireland if I would have functioned in such a way.

Als zijn vriend en als lid van GPN, presenteer ik trots onze kandidaat voor de aanstaande CP verkiezingen: Thanatos the Magnificent. Een welbekende naam in de internationale gemeenschao en sinds de regering Zeeuwsmeisje I heeft hij zich bewezen in ons land als onze onuitputtelijke Minister van Defensie. Op de dag van de verkiezingen, wie is Thanatos?

1. Kun je jezelf voorstellen? Zoals je naam, wat je RL doet bijvoorbeeld?

In RL is mijn naam Davor. Ik woon in Osijek, Croatia. ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik studeer aan twee Faculteiten, rechten en economie. En nog steeds tijd om dit spel te spelen 😉 Ik vind bijna alles leuk, vrouwen, drinken, plezier en reizen xD

2. Kun je wat meer vertellen over eerdere prestaties in eRepublik?

Ik ben een keer Country President geweest in Ireland, en ass. Military Commander in EDEN Head Quarters. Ik ben party president geweest in Croatia en verschillende keren in Ireland, naast veertien keer congreslid (in Croatia, Ireland en Nederland). In Ireland ben ik drie keer Minister van Defensie geweest, drie keer viceMinister van Defensie en Commander van het beroemde Irish Army. In Nederland dien ik nu mijn tweede termijn uit als Minister van Defensie en ik ben 2nd Commander van Praetorian Guard NL.

3. Waarom ben je in de eerste plaats naar Nederland gekomen?

Ik ben hierheen gekomen op uitnodiging van mijn vriend van Spijck om Nederland te helpen waarmee ik kan. En omdat ik had gehoord dat eNL goede drugs heeft en mooie vrouwen xD Geintje 😃

4. Kun je wat vertellen over je MoD positie? (omdat de mensen in onze gemeenschap vaak niet weten wat we doen).

Ik weet dat veel mensen denken dat de baan van Minister van Defensie niet zo zwaar is zonder al te veel moeite kan worden gedaan. Maar ik kan zeggen dat ze zich hier absoluut in vergissen. Het werk van de Minister van Defensie is niet makkelijk, je moet alert zijn en heel veel online, je organiseert strikes en supplies en je moet natuurlijk ook artikelen schrijven. en je eerste taak is natuurlijk om contact te onderhouden met andere landen om battles te coordineren. In mijn laatste MoD positie lukte het ons om een regio te bevrijden, waardoor we nu meer congresleden hebben, helaas zijn we nu weer bezet door Polen. We kunnen het opnieuw, het is niet het eind van de wereld 😉

5. Waarom stel je jezelf kandidaat voor CP?

Allereerst niet voor de medaille, die heb ik al. Ik was president van Ireland. Ik denk dat Nederland een ervaren, open-minded en hard werkende leider nodig heeft met goede internationale contacten. Dat is wat ik denk te bieden te hebben en ik wil Nederland helpen zo veel als ik kan, ook door nieuwe vriendschappen te bouwen met andere landen.

6. Wat is het eerste wat je doet als je wordt gekozen tot CP? Waar ga je voor vechten?

Eerst doneer ik de 5 goud van de CP medaille aan de Staat en daarna ga ik verder met de plannen om onze regio’s te bevrijden. Ik zal hard vechten met alle denkbare middelen om Nederland te bevrijden.

7. Kun je je visie geven op buitenlandse relaties, onze bezetting en Polen? Moet ons land vechten voor regio’s die rechtmatig van ons zijn?

Het is duidelijk dat Polen geen diplomatieke relatie met ons wil of met ons wil praten. Dat zagen we toen we een aantal dagen geleden opnieuw werden gewiped. Ja, we moeten vechten voor onze regio’s.

8. Afgelopen week zagen we een aantal aanvallen op onze CP, die ervan werd beschuldigd het land ondemocratisch te leiden. Wat vind jij hiervan?

Als je verwijst naar de congresverkiezingen: Ik kan de reactie van de Minister van Financien volledig begrijpen, we zijn een klein land met een beperkte bron aan inkomsten, en we hebben 3 congreszetels verloren. Dat is 7,5 goud. We hebben alle goud en NLG nodig op dit moment. De intentie van de MoF om dit artikel te schrijven was duidelijk niet politiek en de mensen die bang zijn voor misbruik van macht moeten misschien zelf hun eigen intenties nog eens overdenken...

9. In tijden van oorlog moet je soms snel en haastig beslissen; ben je bijvoorbeeld voor referenda bij belangrijke zaken? Kunnen mensen je hierin vertrouwen?

Als je het hebt over zaken als het joinen of verlaten van een alliantie, ja, dan moeten we een referendum houden. Het is mijn intentie het land democratisch te leiden. En natuurlijk kunnen mensen me vertrouwen. Ik heb niemand ooit bedrogen, en geen geld gestolen van een bank of land. Anders zou ik ook geen president van Ireland geweest zijn als ik op zo’n manier had gefunctioneerd.

10. Is er nog iets wat je wilt toevoegen aan onze gemeenschap?

Ja 🙂

We zullen met hart en ziel vechten voor onze regio’s!!
