India First found a solution to ever growing problems of lack of members in party & dominance of Yuuva India in recruitment of new members . & lack of participation in party matters & political scene of eindia.

After suggestions & discussions in party thread we ( india first ) we should give new guys to be part of party discussion by adding them to thread not only we should give them freedom to express their ideas but also we should understand their view. & implement them. &have started in party mentor system for newbies both programmes are brainchild of India First members Ananthkrishnann, Kunal Grover & Kedardere.
