Do you ever feel like the world is passing you by? I don't know maybe I'm getting old.

I've not been playing this game long, I am but a mere embryo of a player, not yet fully formed. I'm not up to speed with all the do's and the don'ts of how the eUk runs. I don't know what’s bad form and what’s not. In truth I have a shed load to learn. Here is the thing though, and its been getting to me, why are there so many secrets?

As a bog standard citizen who dips in and out of the forums I get the feeling that I only get told the absolute minimum about things by the government. I hate the the any phrase that contains "for security reasons". Can somebody please tell this uneducated heathen why we have to be so secretive about things?

Are we all afraid that other countries will nip in and pinch our policies? I'd just like to see a bit of openness and a cut down on spin. Tell it like it is. If we upset people so what? Lets cut out the faffing and get on with it.

The Alliances

Lets just put together the framework for our own alliance. Invite people to join it on an equal basis, call it a mutually protective pact and have done with it. I'm sick to the back teeth of the words FORTIS and PEACE.
