I, for one, welcome our benevolent overlords

"Irishbhoy taking a lil stroll"

So...

It's Seanan. I'm back.

I thought changing my name from Seanan to T1nk3r would allow my memory to slowly fade into oblivion, let my deep slumber continue uninterrupted, so I could follow other pursuits of alleviating boredom between that time when you arrive home from work and eating your dinner.

Mainly watching Friends, or the occasional episode of Come Dine With Me.

But no. I have been lured back by An Sluagh's invitation to witness mischief, toil and trouble. For a moment, eRepublik has beaten the desire to watch a re-run of Friends.

And things in eIreland seem a bit... well...

eBuzzfeed's Top 3 Weird Things About eIreland Right Now
1) Some knacker who can't properly tile a roof is the country's Dictator.
2) Krakhead KrikKak Kriky Kurgan Junior ReleaseTheKrakken is a 2nd Commander in the Irish Army.
3) And our alliance is named after a Swiss brand of Watches.

After investigation, I feel I have come to kinda understand recent events...

First, you all came up some wishy-washy role-playing pish called a constitution where you agreed to play nice with eachother. And everything was wonderful.

And then you had WAR with Lithuania. Or was it Russia? Maybe Estonia? Who knows. Do they even have a rugby team?

Here's a fun video because I don't know enough about Lithuania to make a decent joke.

Well... I say WAR, but I mean Ireland was well and truly ploughed!
Overpowered. Obliterated. Annihilated. D-e-storyed. So utterly trampled people mistake us for Belgium.

At least, that's the impression I get from reading Winston Hope Smith's administrations' masterpiece in transparency.

There should be a community award for whatever hell that was.

There was some other dramatic performances aswell! Our most prestigious 2nd Commander ReleaseTheKrakken chatted a bit with Lithuania before the villainous Winston forced him to take a holiday to Bulgaria...

Of course, chatting with Lithuania was part of a masterful strategy. Indeed, the most wise 2nd Commander used his holiday to train, gather support and learn to spell English with all the proper punctuation. And with all these new skills aided the rightful and just overthrow of the tyrannical regime of Winston Despair Smith.

Ultimately, these brave actions led to his rightful position as 2nd Commander and I'm not just saying this because he can kick me out of the unit.

But enough making fun out Winston and Krakie, I imagine the war was a difficult few months and lots has changed. Is there a decent article explaining what happened in that conflict?

After some helpful catch up from a few people, I'm told we no longer have a Dail, the usually inactive Irishbhoy has seized power (Is there an article about that?) and democracy has died a horrific death. No one is really sure what direction our country is currently heading, but the Irish Army is looking fantastic, very happy to see Don Croata in his element.

All in all, lovely to be back.

But some questions I'd like to ask
1) What has replaced the Dail?
2) What would you describe as my best feature?
3) And is there anything interesting planned that I should stick around for?

Thanks for reading,
T1nk3r/Seanan
