Dear Hydra citizens; Dear citizens of the New World,

For every head cut off, two more heads grow back. While our alliance has seen its fair share of down points such as the departure of France, the Dragon bounces back in full strength. With the addition of the Netherlands earlier in 2020, Hydra has done very well for itself during the recent Resource Wars. Whereas others struggled in the chaos and disorganization, we kept course as an united brotherhood.

We are happy to spread our wings and embrace Spain into our alliance after a month-long trial. In recent months Spain and Hydra often found themselves in the same spot, working together to ensure the prosperity and independence of our nations in an ever-changing world. To further these bonds, it is only natural for Spain and Hydra to combine forces and continue on that path.
