Hello everybody,
it´s been some time since my last contest and so I think it´s time for a new one.

Please write an article about the history of "Hello Wien" in Plato´s New World and publish it in eAustria. The deadline is daychange from day 3268 to day 3269.
On day 3269 I´ll ask several people, who should be the winner and why. The article with the highest rating will get 2500CC, the 2nd best 1100CC and the 3rd 510CC.
