Please read this again regarding good management. In your reply you PROMISED action quickly, yet none has been seen as of yet. Your time is nearly up sir and/or madam, where is what you promised?

As Head of the eUK's domestic Trade department I can honestly say that the our department has been VERY busy but we are far from forgetting the good people..we have several huge projects in the pipeline, for more information on this can you please see the GM articles released by us.
As for this competition, I will discuss it with Iain right away.
