Globale CAO invoering!/ Global CAO official! *MUST READ*

Omdat tot op heden niet genoeg reacties zijn gekomen op mijn oproep voor vakbond en werkgeversorganisatie vrijwilligers ([a url=http://ironandwine.forum2go.nl/cao-invoering-t647.html]Zie topic[/a] heeft het ministerie van EZ een tijdelijke globale CAO ingesteld.

Voor alle sectoren geld vanaf maandag 15 oktober de volgende CAO:
-Minimum loon: 1. *

Pietje heeft 5.9 skill in Food, hij werkt bij een Q4 Food bedrijf, zijn minimum loon word dus:
1.4 * 5.9 = 8.26NLG

Je niet houden aan deze CAO zal als gevolg hebben dat je geen staatssteun meer zal ontvangen en tevens er eventuele sancties door het congres kunnen worden uitgesproken.

Because until now not enough people reacted on my call for union members and employee organisation members (The topic isn't available in english but the dutch version is located [a url=http://ironandwine.forum2go.nl/cao-invoering-t647.html]here[/url]) the Ministery of Finances made a temporary global CAO (Dutch short for collective labouragreements).

As of monday 15th of october the following CAO will be used for all sections of the market:
-Minimum wage: 1. *


Example:
John has 5.9 skill in Food, he works at a Q4 Food company, his minimum wage will be:
1.4 * 5.9 = 8.26NLG

If you fail to cooperate in this system the concequenze is that you will not recieve any subsadizing by state anymore and further consequences will be decided by the congress.
