Imagine if this were the new change...
Dear Presidents
Starting with Day 1,245 of the New World, citizens of eRepublik will be able to construct on their land new mines and new farms in order to obtain the new raw materials: rubber, oil, aluminum, saltpeter, fruits, cattle, fish, deer.
As food and weapons currently consume only grain and iron, an one-time-only migration possibility will be activated for all current raw materials companies (Grain, Iron, Stone, Oil), to migrate into any raw material company.
Along with the availability of creating the new types of buildings, working in Stone, House, Hospital, Defense System and Moving Tickets will no longer be possible.
An on-time-only migration possibility will also be activated for House, Hospital, Defense System and Moving Tickets companies to migrate into Food or Weapons companies.
Note: Plan your work carefully in order to make sure you remain with as less as possible queue (started, but unfinished, product) in these companies. All queue will be reset when the migration of each company is activated.
Next month, these new raw materials will start being used when producing food and weapons in upgraded food and weapon factories.
In the near future, I'll write also a public "Questions and Answers" post.

Q: How will entities change residence once production of Moving Tickets is stopped?
A: Changing residence will continue to be possible by using the already created moving tickets.
However, if you have no moving ticket in your storage you will be able to change residence by paying 20 citizenship currency / distance.

Other than noting the very obvious point that stone/house/hospital etc was becoming worthless, the article you refer to Eno is basically just you fellating the admin and boasting about yourself.
Far from it Elle just pointing out that people need to keep an eye on the main eRepublik forum and not just the eUK one.
it's all there is people take time out to read it and look at what it means for the game in changes.
I don't profess to know all the answers any person who say's they do is a fool to themselves.
But to ridicule someone who states something new that will come to pass is even more foolish and shows a lack of foresight of the game.

I got a similar PM from Plato as a business owner. It's true.
@Connor West I also got that PM but he didn't say anything about moving tickets, houses, etc. just the new raw goods. Maybe it's because I only own a grain company, but he did also include links to the new costs for food and weapons.

Did you know that the New World's regions hold many resources that haven't yet been put to use?
Rubber, oil, aluminum, saltpeter, fruits, cattle, fish and deer - all of them can be yours starting next week when you will be able to construct new buildings and obtain these new raw materials.
Also, you will be able to migrate all current raw materials companies into any (including the new ones) raw material company.
Starting next month, these new raw materials will be used for producing high quality food and weapons.

He also mentioned the new system for moving, but implied it would exist alongside the existing moving tickets system, not in its place.
I actually don't mind this change, and I do welcome it! It adds a nice new element to the game, and will be fun for the economy.
However, I believe they should rid of the Q1-Q5 businesses, and make it so that every company can create any Q product they like. I don't know, just throwing an idea into the idea pond.
