New:
- Added Air Commodore ranks. At least the available ones.

Changes:
- Changed the article publish time to 5 minutes past DC, instead of right after the scan. This way the game won't consider the article being published on Monday anymore, thus giving it more visibility time.
- CC numbers from Bread Winners section are now abbreviated.
- Bread winners will now properly calculate all gold earned. The CC is going to be converted to gold and then added to the rest of the gold from medals and levels and be displayed in a new column. The gold value used for converting is an average of highest value on MM of last X days (X = number of days the article is generated for - in this case, 7).
