FRANCE
Spain and France have a long history, dating way back to times when France was the one on the offensive side. The times when French president skipped the final attack that could destroy Spain, and rather put his efforts into stealing 4000 gold, that put this Entente country into decline. Seeing Ukraine attacking Russia the other day, the Entente politics in general cannot but give the impression of being somewhat shady. Recently France has been pushed all the way back into Mediterranean island of Corsica by Spain and is now slowly regaining it's territory with the generous help of Phoenix.
GERMANY
Much like France in the past, Germany had it's go on another European country, too. Poland. The tide has turned from when Germany was on offensive, and now it was Poland's turn to blitzkrieg, which erased Germany completely. Only lately has Germany slowly resurrected, again with the help of Phoenix alliance. Both Germany and France are today the leopard skin shaped countries.
SLOVENIA
Slovenia is a small country. So small one could hardly find it on the map. But if you look closer, you'll notice a chicken shaped country just east of the boot shaped Italy. That's Slovenia.
Yesterday the country was almost completely run over by Poland and Croatia. With only one territory remaining, it is bound to see further attacks today, which aim to join Polish-Croatian borders, thus providing Croatia an exit to other battlefields, but also aiming to erase numerous Slovenian mutual protection pacts, that could provide Phoenix a possible counterattack on EDEN.

The France thing is a bit out of date
France did destroy Spain, but Spain 'started it' during French toast, not France.
Hungary got Spanish gold when they put it in a company that was on sale. It was not stolen, the French got half of it though through taxes.
Germany hasn't attacked Poland for yonks, it has been conquered twice since then.
Ukraine attacked Russia as a final act of a president about to leave office, and was not what Ukraine or Entente wanted.
