Discovery: "Hard Worker" Medals

Just learned that so long as one works 30 consecutive days, you will earn the "hard worker medal" even if you work for multiple companies.

Now, to be clear, I worked for multiple companies (by accident, or stupidity, really) within the same country. I'm not sure if this applies across national boundaries, but it raises an important question.

Does it matter?

I mean, it's unclear if this medal confers any benefit onto the owner, and if so, what that benefit is and does it 'stacks' provided one earns multiple medals.

Accepting stories that shed light on the value, if any, of a hard worker's medal.

Thanks to Dante-arg for a topical contribution. On that point, and to be clear--one can earn hard worker medals only by working in the same country for 30 days consecutive. Is that correct?

It doesn't matter in wich country you work, as long as you do 30 days in a roll...for example..

I work 3 consecutives days in argentina, then i move to indonesia, and y work 3 more days. I move again to russia, and work 3 days more, then i move to Sout Korea and I work 21 days.. As long as you work EVERY DAY 30 DAYS, IN A ROLL.. You win the Hard worker, It doesn't matter in wich country you do it
