Brevity being valuable, I'll be plain. The new program announced by the government is a glorified lottery that allows individuals to attach their own identity to the process.

What the eUSA needs is such a program with real scale, and therefore, substance. Mobilizing a few dozen individuals to assist in daily wealth redistribution will make a more robust system: an individual distributor or two going rogue will have significantly less impact.

Such a system of substance will require higher taxes to fund it, appropriate oversight and transparency. Of course, such funds should come from the national treasury. Those in the current administration are on the record as voting against tax increases (such as raising the minimum wage to 1,000 USD) that would have no meaningful impact beyond tax-cheats and multi-account abuse.

I thought all the max tax kooks died out years ago,the net effect would ensure noobs would have a life span measured in seconds.

Think about this again, USA is already having the 'sweet problems' of not being able to take the money out of the treasury at the maximum speed due to making more than 400k a day (which is donation limit). So, if your idea of higher taxes is implemented then all that money would be stuck in the treasury.
