Congress Proposals together in a unique newspaper

Hello, people!

I hope you're enjoying (not too much yet, I believe) all V1 new engine, resources, template, etc. But this isn't my point in this article.

Last days we could see too many articles with congressional proposals written by congressmen and I was thinking: Why not pick them all and put in a Newspaper dedicated only to the Congress? This happen in Brazil and in too many other countries. Furthermore, our law proposals would be much more organised in a Congress-owned newspaper.

I'm a little busy and cannot write too many things about this, but I know that you got my point and suggestions would be very intersting. 🙂

I love the idea, and I would love to be a part of this, since we can create SO, I say we Congressmen of the opposition make a SO and make a newspaper with that, then we can split the password to around 5 people. so we can manage it

No Rody. I'm not talking about creating a SO of the opposition neither a SO of the situation. I'm talking about we create a NATIONAL SO: Congress. The president of Congress must be active and will be elected by the Congressman and the people.

What do you - not only Rody - think about it?

In principle this is a good idea, but one good thing (no, really!) that v1 did was add the ability to link a discussion URL to a Congressional proposal to allow for debate. So this isn't -quite- as needed as it would have been in Beta. Having said this, it would be still good to have a place to hammer out the shape of bills before proposing them. If we argue and compromise on a bill's form before posting it, we can (in principle) post more bills that everyone will (be more likely to kinda sorta maybe) agree on. More communication is always good.

Such as, passing a minimum wage proposal would be good as 5thb is just unrealistic, but it seems that companies salaries that are lower than 5thb are not changing

is it a bug?
or just that minimum wages are optional?
