North Korea is locked in a conflict with Pakistan as are our allies, aiding North Korea and Serbia is a potential avenue for more manpower to help reclaim what is rightfully ours!

Thank you for your interest in helping Canada. If you listen to what the game says about fighting for Canada and defending this and that. It is all a glorious waste of time.
Think of eRepublik as Farmville. Your goal is to produce pretend stuff cheaper than you competitors. Collect Battle Hero gold because you're sneakier. Make the best "deal" for your country with other countries.
Currently if you locate new weapon and food companies in NWT you get 100% bonus. Look on economy page under country page. We make money by concessions to various countries. Currently we concede rubber to Romania so they have 100% weapons bonus which we share in. Also they are long time friends, they are like big brother when someone picks on us.
Other various battles in Canada are arranged to not disturb resource bonus and have long time to sustain. They are training Wars to help us get easier BH etc.
