Breaking The Ice, A Difficult Proposition In The Middle Of Summer

19:45 Day 4,268.

To start off, I am no Serbian bot or reincarnation of PTH (because that retort gets old really quickly).

Indeed I am a real live person (at least the last time I checked).

Knowing full well that the likelihood of this being read by anyone other than myself is small I will stick to brevity.

I started playing eRepublik back in 2010, and naturally I started my elife in my real home State (T😵, only to be told that I was "doing it wrong". Needless to say I was not too happy with the situation as the welcome wagon back in the day wanted me to move to a yankee State (NJ). I stubbornly stayed right where I was, and regretted my decision very little.... sure health regeneration was a pain in the behind but I was happy.

Then a few weeks (or months, time truncates when things happened so long ago) passed and eCroatia was being added to the game and they were looking for volunteers to move and block any PTO, naturally it seemed better than moving to NJ to I jumped ship. I figured hey why not, spend a month or two in Croatia and come back with some money in my pocket........ yeah noob move, citizenship request denied because I was suspected to be 'a Serb bot'...... so back to Croatia I went.

Then a short time later eNew Zealand was added, and the same calls were put out, I figured why not, at least they speak english there XD. So again I moved, this time to the far side of the eWorld. This time things were a bit different, I actually became friends with some of the shakers and movers of the blocking effort (all dead citizens now, but Fionia, Jamarcus, and Supabeasty were key players). Subsequently I became involved with the KSD party, stayed in NZ for several months until drama began with the KSD and the fledgling NZ government. Since most of the contingent that came to block any potential PTO decided to leave I caught out on their coat tail (and with much thanks to Fionia I was able to regain eUS cizienship). I remained active for a time, until all the V2 changes were being added, retracted, and changed almost daily. At that point I had a belly full of the inconsistent gameplay and I put eRepublik on a shelf for 8 years.
