If there is one thing that has been constant since the first day of my life in the New World, it is that admin sucks and would have trouble writing a "Hello World" application. Why they would even attempt to implement a major overhaul of the eRepublik code base as they did in releasing "eRepublik Rising" is beyond me. Clearly the hacking that has been taking place over the past few days is a result of the shoddy work that was involved in writing v2, and if the New Citizens Message proposed in Hungary is to be believed, V1 was more secure and the hackers have specifically asked for the eRepublik servers to be reverted. That is unlikely to happen, as admin has been bragging for the last few days that they will be implementing even more new features despite their clear inability to implement the features they already have without bugs, exploits, and vulnerabilities which make the game so unpredictable that people are boycotting admin by refusing to buy G and refusing to start wars or battles to avoid paying admin, and to keep as much G as possible in the economy.

Another result is that more and more long-time, experienced players are quitting. It makes me sad that so many people, some of whom I know better than others, are quitting a game that is run by people with no respect for them. I'm sad, but I can't say I blame them. Admin's total failure at life has cost me about 1.5g so far on health kits that were never delivered. I submitted a ticket, but I'm sure if admin did ever get around to addressing my issue, they'd just tell me, "Well, you're healthy now, issue resolved."

I wonder how many people will have to ragequit before admin realizes that hiring high school students instead of semi-trained software engineers is no way to run a game with over 350k active players.
