Having seen the proposal fail to go through and another proposal started byt the same guy I decided to check ou the proposers newpaper the las article he worte was rather intriuging

"Join us in the Spirit of ANZAC"

"stand up for the smaller nations of the eWorld who are bullied by oppressive countries.

They have a forum where they are supposed to discuss first any proposals, which is partly why it failed the last time.
Now its on their Congress forum as well as in-game, could be a different result.

They are being told what to do by eArg and are just puppets now sadly...
