Analysis of the Performance of Houses for USA

Day 3,898, 13:28 Published in USA Argentina by gercabanay

Hi everyone! How is it going?
I originally prepared this article for eArgentina, but kindly your CP asked me if I could make this analysis using data from the USA, so here I am. It is an honor for me to write this for you, I think is going to be very useful for many of you.
I hope you understand that English is not my original language, so I apologise for any mistake you see here. If you notice something I have to edit, please let me know.

This article is basically an analysis of the performance of houses in eUSA, so I am going to take as a base the net salaries, the prices of the different quality of houses and the house durability bonus of the USA.

Salaries
Let's see the case of salaries in the USA.

Unfortunately, the US is under occupation of many countries, so we have to consider the net salaries in the others countries too.

Bulgaria

Lithuania

Croatia

Hungary

Republic of Macedonia

Slovenia

Egypt

In summary,
USA - 530cc
Bulgaria - 555cc
Lithuania - 555cc
Croatia - 560cc
Hungary - 560cc
Macedonia - 550cc
Slovenia - 560cc
Egypt - 550cc

Actually, the US have only one region, so it is not hard to think that many of you receive a net salary (at least) of 550cc per job. We use the less net salary to make a conservative analysis.
This means that if you are charging less is because your employer is taking advantage of you or because you like being a slave.

We are going to make a very simple math operation, which is to divide the salary into 24. As we can work once a day, if we divide our net salary in 24 hours we will calculate how much we earn per hour:

550cc / 24 hours = 22.92 cc / hour

This data will be used later.

Prices

The prices of the houses in the US we will see them below:

Q1 2393cc

Q2 4875cc

Q3 9695cc

Q4 19650cc

Q5 28600cc

Very good prices! Better than Argentina!

In summary again,
Q1 - 2393cc
Q2 - 4875cc
Q3 - 9695cc
Q4 - 19650cc
Q5 - 28600cc

Houses

The houses are very important in eRepublik. The houses contribute as much as for the energy pool, they add energy recovery and, above, they give us an overtime point per hour.

The energy pool allows us to fight more using only food to recharge, which is known as ff .
Recovery allows us to regenerate faster: +2 energy every 6 minutes gives us 480 of energy in a day, equivalent to almost 5 energy bars in a day or more than 30 in the week (remember that 20 bars cost 39 gold).
With the overtime point, we can go back to work in the same day and earn our salary again, if our employer allows it ...

Remember that the houses must be activated, and to add these benefits, we have to be in the place of residence where we activate them. We continue with the summary,

Residence bonds and taxes

Cities are grouped in 5 tiers based on the number of citizens who are residents in the city: Town, Large Town, City, Large City and Metrolopis .

The city size influences the values of residential and property tax and it also affects the durabilty bonus of the houses owned by its residents.

That is to say, the larger the city, more taxes and less house durability bonus... " I am going to live in the mountains, where everything is little, but it still reaches " - says an argentinian song...

Currently, most of the original regions of the USA are Town, like Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, etc (sincerely, I didn't check it all, you have many regions). I only found that California and Nevada are Large Town!

House Performance
Let's go back to the numbers, which is the most interest to us...
We know that one week has 7 days and that each day has 24 hours, therefore, one week has 168 hours (7x24).
We know that every hour, every active house gives you an extra hour bonus.
We know that each city has a home durability bonus, which depends on the size of the city. It means that, if I live in a Large Town , my houses will last 10% more. If the base is 168 hours, then in a Large Town my house will last 184.8 hours. If the house lasts 184 hours, it means that it gives me 184 overtimes points. And if each hour is worth 22.92cc (data from the beginning) we can make calculations of how much is the income per house according to our place of residence.

Clarification: this income is for each active house regardless of its quality and considering a net salary of 550cc. With a higher net salary, the income is higher

Now, not everything is pink color ... To continue the analysis, we must add the price of each house, to see if the numbers are still goo😛

We see in this picture that, wherever we live, the house q1 that will give us profits. And houses q2, by themselves, are very close to being profitable. Finally, we will obtain the last table, which is the combination of houses according to the city size.

As we said, having a q1 house, profits everywhere. But thanks to this picture, we see that having a q1 house and a q2 house active, also gives profits! Less than the previous case, but profit at least ... If we add a q3 house, we start to have losses, but they are not that high: they are around 8 to 12 golds per week. If the benefits of having up to a q3 house allow us to make sure we win a couple of medals, these expenses could also be covered.

The q4 and q5 houses are very disadvantageous ... But we can also make some analyzes thanks to the previous table:
For example, if you have the 5 quality houses in Buenos Aires (a Large City), you can see that you are spending 45578cc every 171 hours, but if you had them in Arizona (Town) you would spend 42110cc every 201 hours... it is about 3450cc, I imagine that the one who can spend 42k cc, can spend 46k cc, so, this analysis is just for the poor people...

Advices
1 - Move to the nearest Town or, failing that, to the nearest Large Town ... you can tell me that you are going to leave behind your Holding , but we can continue taking accounts: if you become a resident of a nearby place, it will cost you 40cc (20cc one way and 20cc return) to return to the region where you have the Holding , to work and go back. It means that in a week you will spend 280cc (40cc x 7 days). You would save 770cc per week if you change from having a q1 house+ q2 house in a Large Town to a Town, for example. You can make your own analysis with the table, I hope it be useful for you.

2- If your account is a multi, stay only with the q1 house ... but if you have an active account, you have to think about buying the q2 house, and do well the numbers in case it gives you a q3 house. Add a house is add damage, hits, recovery, higher rank, etc, etc.

3- To close my article and put RL to work, I give you the last advice
"If you need a house, buy it to Gercabanay" (this only apllies to Argentina, you have better prices than me)

I hope the house seller endorse this article! And the original too!
Thanks to all!
