Air Charter Program (ACP) - December 2020 3nd week

Today we present you with the third week's edition of the ACP. There is one key change to the program - we have established that the vast majority of the players on the list already have their own food production. So, giving out the additional food rewards is not necessary, and after some consideration, we are suspending it for this month and proceeding with the cc rewards only. We’re working on a new national food program, the objective of the same being the distribution of food to the specific players without food production and who need it the most.

All players who have lower than 200k strength and an air rank lower than group captain qualify for the ACP program. The reasoning for this is two fold - players with greater than 200k strength and who battle on ground have the capacity to earn plenty of revenue from TP medals. Those with lower strength and who battle mostly in air have relatively lower revenue and this program is an attempt to supplement it. Secondly, the ultimate goal of the program is to help air fighters grow and bring about a greater number of group captains in the country. So, the focus will be primarily on those fighters yet to achieve that rank in an effort to help them get there more quickly.

I think we should focus on getting power pack for everyone. I mean enable every one do that they can buy their own power pack. We have to increase the average income of the citizen per day to 25K cc for getting power pack regularly. Anyone who is earning less than 25k cc per day should be given loans to make food companies. I also plan to give some loans for others once I cross 30k cc per day income. My current per day income is about 18k cc.
