The eUK Forums- Where it’s at!

The eUK Forums are a great tool to use in making eRepublik a better place. We have an established community on the forums but are always willing, eager and ready to add more players to that community.

There’s something there for everyone- from an introductions / advice section for new players, to party politics, and as of today even a forum for the new Trade Federation, a collective of roleplaying business owners.

In addition to the practical side of the forums, they’re a fun place to be too. There are games to be played, BBH to be posted in, and so much more.

Here is a detailed explanation of each section:

Introductions

As described above- a great place for new players to introduce themselves, find out what’s going on, read guides, and get free stuff. A must-visit for new players joining up!

General

Described as ‘The heart of the forums’ in the past, General does exactly what it says on the tin- it’s for general eRepublik talk. All kinds of things are discussed here and there’s plenty of fun to be had.
Also found here are some less-used subforums- News, Embassies, Economic discussions and Marketplace.

News is used to advertise any articles people would like voted up, Embassies are where players from foreign nations post information about their country’s governments, and Economic discussions and Marketplace are there for all your economic needs.

Suggestions

Pretty simple- if you have a suggestion to make the forums better, here’s the place.

Non-eRepublik Discussion

This can be quite an important one, it includes some fairly obvious sections, including forum games, in which the country is kept mildly entertained, along with some roleplay sections like the royal court of HRH Mr. Woldy, and as the title suggests, discussion on all kinds of topics.

Official eUK Forums

Three sections contained here- Announcements, the place in which the Country President gives his daily updates, Citizenship Applications, where players from foreign nations can request citizenship and put their request into writing, and Public Discussion, a forum for the laws of the eUK.

Governmental Politics

This is quite a simple one- it contains the Cabinet Offices of the government departments, used to organise what they’re doing, and also Open Government, which was used historically to get people helping with government work, but is now defunct.

Party Politics

This section of the forums has only one subsection for new players- private forum requests. You can use this to ask to join any political party’s forum, which is a great way to get more involved in the game. If you’re ambitious, having the backing of a political party is an easy way to progress.

Military

Finally, the Military subforum- used for all matters pertaining to the eUK’s military forces.

As you can see, there’s something here for everyone- Military, Business, Politics, the forums have it all.

There’s a PM function too, in addition to a link to the IRC function- well worth looking into too. If a forum button shows up red it means there are unread posts in that section. Don't worry too much about moderators for now, just do as they tell you!

If you’ve never tried the forums before, why not give them a go? You may well find they improve your game experience no end!
