Irmãos e irmãs, minhas saudações para todos aqueles que estiverem lendo esta carta ao eBrasil e a todos os demais povos e nações do Erepublik. Meu nome é Zero Bone e em meu último artigo plantei as sementes do que vem a ser chamado de Silvaismo, a doutrina da Pax Silva (a paz da floresta em latim). As razões que me levaram para tal feito foram explanadas no último artigo, conforme algumas experiências da comunidade e os aprendizados que me foram passados na Floresta Amazônica. O intuito desse artigo é esclarecer potenciais dúvidas e o real significado do conceito.
1 - O Silvaismo não é uma religião, é uma filosofia.
A religião tem o propósito de reconectar o humano ao divino, com Deus. Comumente existem uma série de crenças e formas de explicar o mundo que são apresentadas com tal intuito. O Silvaismo não é uma religião, trata-se de um conjunto de princípios filosóficos adotados por seus praticantes que visam, dentre vários objetivos, aprimorar a comunidade e a forma que vivenciamos o erepublik. Essses princípios são os Três Grandes Ensinamentos: União, Pão e Paz.
2 - Entendo que as diretrizes desse sistema são esses Três Grandes Ensinamentos, mas o que eles significam exatamente?
A União diz respeito ao esforço sincero de todos para fazer a comunidade funcionar. Cada cidadão cumpre com sua parte na comunidade conforme lhe foi estabelecido e trabalha para o benefício particular e do próximo. Sem união, sem progresso. A comunidade para de evoluir, cria-se insegurança com o sistema vigente, a ineficiência se alastra e todos sofrem as consequências. União é trabalhar e ter responsabilidade.
O Pão se trata da necessidade que todos temos de alimento e energia para cumprir nossas tarefas diárias. Mais que isso, trata-se do estímulo para com a caridade que devemos ter com os que não tem o suficiente. Não significa que lucrar é proibido, pelo contrário, o lucro promove investimento e melhorias, aumenta as possibilidades e estimula o progresso. Entretanto, ao se deparar com a possibilidade de doar a quem precisa, ajude seu próximo.
A Paz é o ponto que mais pode gerar confusão ao observador desatento, principalmente depois do meu voto de não envolvimento militar no jogo. O verdadeiro sentido da Pax Silva é estar em harmonia consigo mesmo e com a comunidade. O ser que está em constante conflito com os que o cercam e consigo é uma ameaça para a União, para a caridade e para o progresso. A prática do combate armado não vai contra o Silvaismo, mas ofender e prejudicar o seu próximo impossibilita seguir por esse caminho. Sejam pacientes e comprenssivos com seus compatriotas, não espera-se que sejam santos e santas, nem passivos contra a má-índole, mas que sejam exemplo de retidão e humanidade. Desentendimentos existem e existirão, mas vamos procurar superá-los.
3 - Existe uma organização formal com hierarquias e funções?
Não, e a curto e médio prazo não vejo isso ocorrendo. Como podemos ver, um dos objetivos do movimento é estimular a caridade dos jogadores mais abastados com os menos favorecidos, isso por meio da doação de alimentos e eventualmente outros recursos. Seria interessante existir um órgão Silvaista que coletasse doações financeiras ou de comida e executasse posteriormente uma distribuição. Isso ajudaria a suprir instituições de fim semelhante que estejam passando por dificuldades na coleta e repasse de recursos ou mesmo nos casos de corrupção. No momento porém contamos com a contribuição individual e da consciência de cada um.

What is Silvaism?
Brothers and sisters, my greetings to all those who are reading this letter to eBrasil and to all the other peoples and nations of the Erepublik. My name is Zero Bone and in my last article I planted the seeds of what comes to be called Silvaism, the doctrine of Pax Silva (the Peace of the forest in Latin). The reasons that led me to such a feat were explained in the last article, according to some experiences of the community and the learnings that were passed to me in the Amazon rainforest. The purpose of this article is to clarify potential doubts and the real meaning of the concept.
1 - Silvaism is not a religion, it is a philosophy.
Religion has the purpose of reconnecting the human to the Divine, with God. Commonly there are a number of beliefs and ways of explaining the world that are presented with such intent. Silvaism is not a religion, it is a set of philosophical principles adopted by its practitioners who aim, among various objectives, to improve the community and the way that we experience the Erepublik. These principles are the three great teachings: Union, Bread and Peace.
2 - I understand that the guidelines of this system are these Three Great Teachings, but what exactly do they mean?
The Union concerns the sincere effort of all to make the community work. Each citizen makes his part in the community as he has been established and works for its own benefit and for the group. No union, no progress. The community stops evolving, insecurity is created with the current system, inefficiency spreads and everyone suffers the consequences. Union is about work and take responsibility.
The bread is about the necessity that we all have of food and energy to fulfill our daily tasks. More than that, it is the stimulus to charity that we must have with those who do not have enough. It does not mean that profit is forbidden, profit promotes investment and improvement, increases possibilities and stimulates progress. However, when you come across the possibility of giving to those who need it, help your neighbor.
Peace is the point that most can cause confusion to the unattentive observer, especially after my vote of no military involvement in the game. The true meaning of Pax Silva is to be in harmony with oneself and with the community. The being who is in constant conflict with those who surround him and with him is a threat to the Union, to charity and to progress. The practice of armed combat does not go against Silvaism, but offending and damaging your neighbor makes it impossible to follow this path. Let`s have patience and understanding with our compatriots, we are not expected to be saints, nor liabilities against evil, but we have to be an example of righteousness and humanity. There are disagreements, and there will be, but let`s try to overcome them.
3-Is there a formal organization with hierarchies and functions?
No, and in the short and medium term I don't see it occurring. As we can see, one of the objectives of the movement is to stimulate the charity of the most wealthy players with the less favored ones, this through the donation of food and eventually other resources. It would be interesting to have a Silvaist organ that collected financial or food donations and subsequently executed a distribution. This would help to supply similar institutions that are experiencing difficulties in the collection and transfer of resources or even in cases of corruption. At the moment, however, we count on the individual contribution and the consciousness of each one.
