[UKGov] New Players, Join The NHS!

The NHS is a military unit open to any eUK player level 24 or under. It is the Division 1 branch of the British Expeditionary Force, the eUK’s Government backed armed forces. It’s open to join now with some rather unique benefits.
Every member who actively fights (no matter how much or how little) will receive 500 health worth of food FREE every day. There are no catches to this, you don’t have to work in a certain company, you don’t have to join a specific party, all you have to do is fight.
Just click the logo to be taken to the MU page where you can join. It’s that easy.
The reason the NHS gives out food, as opposed to weapons given out by most other MUs, is because for new players, fighting more is better for your development than fighting less with better weapons. You get more XP, which helps you level up and earn delicious level-up gold, which in turn you can spend on training ground upgrades, town hall upgrades, and a food factory, to make yourself self-sufficient.
As well as the food support, the NHS has a number of knowledgeable players who can help you out with any questions about the game. If you ever have a question, or a comment, just write it on the MU Feed and someone will be along to help you.
And finally, a few weeks ago, we asked for donations for the NHS to see us through a troubling time, and as ever, we were taken aback by how amazing everyone is in rushing to the aid of our new players, so thanks to the people below, each of whom have donated food, weapons money or time in making this possible:

Still carrying this on? Bring back the old style sign up NHS without the need to join a certain MU or take CrispyDragons advice about the CTA, both allow new players to join another MU that can give them the weps and community spirit that keeps them coming back day after day, week after week.

No matter how much you say you ain't dropping I'll keep pointing out the pointlessness of the NHS Military Unit.
Bringing the NHS back in line with its original format would be a much simpler way of giving players food in which to fight and weps in which to increase damage with. Or drop both the NHS and the NHS MU in favour of a revised CTA entitlement as suggested by CrispyDragon.

CrispyDragon came up with a great idea regarding CTA, the MU ain't the best way to keep hold of players!
Keeping them cooped up with shitty supplies can't be the only way to help the babies surely?
@Sexagenarian I do a damn sight more for the eUK's players then you have done. I'm yet to hear a sensible suggestion from you regarding how a problem such as the NHS MU be solved.
The only problem with the NHS MU is that the 'older' players are not prepared to support it in the way it needs. They are too tied up in their own selfish attitudes and to a newcomer it gives the clear message of "F U noob"

Talk to leaders of various MU's and their members within the eUK, I think you'll find that none would express a 'F U noob' attitude. Theres better ways then the NHS MU to help new players, not only getting them better informed more involved with the wider community also supplying them with far greater number of food and weps! It's quite simple really and this blind love and defense of this one particular MU is stupid!
I'm sorry but you have no concept of what support someone new like would like.
The major effect your constant sniping has, is to alienate people at the precise time that they are forming their opinions of the game.
As far as I'm concerned your attitude of "I know what's best for you" is exactly what drives people away.
You don't get it do you, 500 health and at the moment a whopping £69 cc per day worked, plus whatever you self produce (which as a new player wont be enough) is a poor deal, coupled with the fact that all the rest of your fellow MU friends are in the same boat is a crap MU! Reverting back to the old NHS in which you are free to work in a MU that gives weps of your choosing gives the new player much more opportunities.

I've been in NHS AND at the same time AT one MU, exactly two, first Prinnysquad and then Royal Navy, where I stay. So I can properly speak of a well run MU, about a bad run MU ( Prinny) and NHS.
NHS is MUST HAVE, why? This game is hard and boring at first, full stop.
NHS MU is not a big MUST HAVE, but a reasonable LET'S HAVE IT, can we pay it ? To a certain extent: yes.
Why do we need NHS MU? It's not about private MU being "essentially" bad. But, a NATIONAL army is needed.
Some players don't even have any party or MU, why ? Perhaps they're fed up, not interested. NHS MU is a "neuter" place to be, which would be a more than suffice reason to have NHS MU running.

Wait Wayne, i thought you lot were complaining about it being too expensive. If you think you can offer better... just do it already. No need to keep going after any pro NHS article. You're more than welcome to start recruiting and giving new players a better offer!
It's a great way to see who is active quickly, if we had the old style NHS the government would be churning money into a whole bunch of players with no way of knowing if they were active other than constantly having to send messages to MU leaders and then having to wait for replies over and over every day.
-List of guys signed up to the NHS (as its original form) with their eGov link at the ready.
-Quick copy and paste every 2-3days see who has ranked up, fought etc,
- Hand out food to those that have done whats deemed sufficient to earn the NHS food. Really not difficult. Less time consuming then handing it out everyday.
The BEF's a 'neutral' MU, it is the reconsigned National MU of the eUK. Why we need to separate the D1 players from this vast wealth of knowledge I can't understand
