Over the past few months we have lost a sense of communication. Governments have slowly become less open and transparent about what’s going on and what is our next move. My government is prepared to do whatever it takes get this communication thing going again. Not only communication from executive to people but executive to military leaders. We need to relay orders and have military units to hit exactly where we need them.
I have decided to introduce a new Minister to the roster. A Minister of Communication will control all the networking. He will be in charge of opening message lists and managing them. He will also need to update them regularly. He will trash old message lists and open new ones when a military commander is replaced or perhaps even another Minister.
There will be a series of networks and with special uses.
Executive Tab
Purpose - To discuss plans and share valuable information.
People Involved - All Cabinet Members
Military Tab (Could be multiple of these)
Purpose - To relay orders directly from the MoD.
People Involved - All Cabinet Members, Military Commanders (+2 more people chosen by their commanders)
Embassy Tab (Only certain countries will have embassies)
Purpose - To maintain go relations and share information between countries.
People Involved - Cabinet Members from both countries.
There are more possibly communication networks we could make. So I am to announce the Minister of Communication I have chosen, VastlyFrozen. He will friend all the necessary people for the networks as well as manage them.

I would like to point out that all of these are in use already, Toad is merely assigning an individual the ability to monitor them and making them public.
eCan uses the MU COMM, which has been in effect for about 3 months I think. There is also always an executive cabinet PM, while pm's about foreign relations are done on a case by case basis to avoid clutter.
I was completely unaware that these were in use. But regardless I plan continue to use these and keep them organized and maintained. Clean and clear communication is certainly one of my goals.

I like a lot the interest you have in Communication and introducing a minister for it. In the past two weeks I've dropped everything single thing I had, energy bars, bazookas, rockets and bombs to fight Spain back. It would have been nicer if we (as a country) would have put all of that damage at least in one of the battles so we could had a Congress tomorrow. But with the lack of communication we had it didn't happen.
I don't know where the CPF stands now or if we will have a candidate, but definitely I will consider voting for you.

I was unaware due to the fact this was not open to the public. I am no Military Commander or Cabinet Member. Any reasons why I should know about something very few knew about?
