As you all know, our alliance, Terra, once so glorious not so bad, has recently seen her arguments, Brazil and USA, removed. Were left Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, France, Germany and Russia. The alliance vegetated for months ; last month, Saberan and Ilphen tried to renew it, but without success alas. I promised I would consider France's diplomatic future, and a meeting between Terra's CPs was called. If, at first, we wanted to dissolve Terra, Russian's opposition (who thought the alliance could still be saved) left us only the choice to leave.

After a vote from the Congress, France had decided to leave Terra officially.

Some of our former allies will probably follow us in this decision ; as for Russia, they chose to stay in Terra. We hope nevertheless stay in good relations with Russians, who are allies we value very much. The fact that we're leaving and they're staying doesn't taint our relation, neither those we keep with the others countries which were in Terra this month. Beside, we hope to meet them again in a future alliance.
