[NWO] So, You Want to PTO?

So, it seems that people are looking for a change in the political climate of eCanada. Very interesting. It seems four candidates have come forth looking to take over Norsefire parties. These four have decided that they are the ones who will become the 'Saviours of eCanada'.
In the unlikely event that any of them do manage to PTO a Norsefire party (yes, PTO. The parties were abandoned by their members and with the exception of Ardikus V2, the new candidates were not members of the original parties), so in the very unlikely event they do win, to quote Plugson, 'Then What?'
Essentially, for any of these candidates to win the Party President elections, they will require the assistance of members from other parties in eCanada. Citizens who will more than likely be returning to their original parties (MDP/TCO/EPIC) immediately after voting.
Without developing their new members, the four new PPs will simply be placeholders of some of the largest parties in eCanada, waiting until the next month for Norsefire to reclaim our parties.
And what exactly do these four citizens have to offer eCanada? Listed below are the parties they are challenging, their names and a little about them.
Norsefire Wolfpac - OLloyd - Many people have expressed they don't want to see OLloyd as PP ever again (Addy felt this way, and most MOO members did too. And let's not forget it was OLloyd's terrible leadership that allowed MOO to be taken so easily). For those willing to sell their vote, OLloyd has promised you food if he wins. Yay, food! Definitely the kind of person we need to 'save' eCanada from the evil vote buyers. Oh, wait, OLloyd is becoming one of those.
Norsefire MOO - killer2001 - Not much to say about a two-clicker who quite frequently gets media bans for spamming his nonsense articles. Certainly a citizen with the qualities to lead a Top 5 party (and yes, I know Norsefire MOO is in 6th but it can be move up whenever we like.)
Norsefire T.N.S. - Ardikus V2 - Perhaps V1 had something to offer eCanada, but T.N.S. is the old CantVision which has been attempted and failed more times than it has been PTO'd. What does Ardikus offer? "I'm running to reclaim the party from Norsefire and rebuild it...Short and simple enough." In other words nothing. Norsefire Redwood - Mia Angela Carina - Obvious multi is obvious. There is so much evidence that 'Mia' is a multi, only the foolish choose not to see it.1) Mia had a wiki page the same day that her account was created. A wiki page made by a known multier who's main account died in March 2011.
2) Mia knows way, way too much about eRep politics way too quickly. Even someone who is very dedicated wouldn't be able to get all that information so fast, especially with the limited information that is in the media any longer.
3) Remember when sawc first arrived? How everyone declared him the saviour of eCanada only to find out that he was Matthew Gallagher, one of eCanada's worst thieves? Well, Mia's article have the exact same arrogant attitude to them. Not saying that it is MG, but certainly someone like him. People who multi to get away from their problems all have the same attitude.
eCanada, nothing will change electing these four candidates. A spammer, a multi, a vote buyer, and an irrelevant 'politician' (sounds like a sequel to the Breakfast Club). The four can certainly make their attempts on the 15th, but who among MDP/EPIC/TCO are willing to follow through and join a party under any of their leadership? That is what is needed for change, not just taking over Norsefire parties. So, feel free to take whatever parties you like, but Norsefire will be waiting to fill the vacuum left when these four fail.

while I do not support the actions of Rolo and Norsefire, I certainly don't think these four have much of a chance winning these PP elections.
Good Article - I have actually been wondering myself about the MDP - We have Rylde, a Known and Proud EPCer (You know, the group that openly tanked against eCanada, taking regions and damaging relations with allies along the way) running for PP of the #4 Party. Not a peep anywhere about it and the mass community doesn't seem to care either

This is one of the more poignant statements about the current eCan political environment that I've read.
Rolo, I believe that a PTO (Political Take Over) is essentially taking over a well established party with strong support from it's members. Pretty sure previous governments have set the precedent that PTO's require outsiders to be 'true' PTO attempts.
Hmmm...Norsefire is well established (I've been PP for 5 months now.) Definitely 3 of the 4 are outsiders (with Ardikus being whatever he is). Perhaps as a Congress member you should raise concerns about a mass-PTO being planned in eCanadian parties and appeal for ATO support.
The idea that parties "belong" to any specific group is people is absurd. If you had to be "loyal" to a party in order to participate in it, there'd be a game mechanic about it.
KQ, but that's my point. The four looking to take over Norsefire parties, won't have anyone loyal to their new party and therefore won't be doing anything to make a change in eCanadian politics.
I think you falsely read into my comment, Wally. And to say that no "change" would come from new PPs is going a bit far. There is always change, even if it's just switching seats that caused it.

As terrible as you make the candidates seem (I agree, not the best to ever run), I'd still prefer them over Norsefire any day. That way there won't be any candidate blocking nonsense that stopped SaraD from running for CP.

I can handle a jab at the candidates but DON'T be insulting Breakfast Club.
Given the supposed lack of quality in the four described above, wouldn't Norsefire Whorled Order have little problem bodyslamming them to the floor and pinning the ballot with the submissions of NWO's 'loyal' voters.
Then again, I suppose this is the obligatory talk-down before the smackdown...the beat goes on.
@Plugson, I do now regret the Breakfast Club comment. How dare I compare such greatness to the four! Shame on me.
