To celebrate and promote the release of my first batch of porr quality food on the UK market.

Turkey and Cabbage Stew

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Cook the turkey, onion and garlic in a large saucepan over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Yiel😛 6 servings.
