Hola ciudadanos de México , luego de mucho debate hoy podemos decir que acordamos con Cuba una TW.

La TW fue aprobada por el congreso días a tras. En las próximas horas tendremos el NE por parte de Cuba.

El procedimiento a seguir sería el siguiente,


1º Cuba lanzará un NE a México.
2º México lanzará un NE a Cuba.
3º Cuba atacará Southeast of México, debiendo ganar Cuba la batalla.
4º Cuba atacará Gulf of México, debiendo ganar Cuba la batalla.
5º México liberará mediante RW Southeast of México.
6º Cuba atacará Northeast of México.
7º México liberará mediante RW Gulf of México.

A partir de ese momento las batallas se centrarán en las regiones de Northeast of México, Northwest of México y Baja, debiendo ganar Cuba todas las batallas directas y México todas las RW.

Solamente en caso de ser imposible atacar otra región, Cuba podría atacar Gulf of México.

En caso de perder Cuba todas las regiones en México, se volvería al punto 3º.


Cuba se compromete a devolver semanalmente los impuestos recaudados en las regiones de México mediante la fórmula acordada por ambos gobiernos a principio de cada legislatura.

Este acuerdo debe ser renovado los días 7 de cada mes por los nuevos CP, pudiendo ser cancelado de manera unilateral por cualquiera de los países.

Así mismo, en caso de entablar cualquiera de los participantes una guerra real con un tercer país, o cualquier otro inconveniente que imposibilite el continuar con la TW, está será paralizada hasta solucionar el problema.
Se firmará un Tratado de Paz y Cuba mantendrá dos (2) regiones en territorio original de México para poder reanudar la TW cuando se solucione la situación que haya obligado a paralizar la TW.

Las respectivas alianzas ya han sido avisadas, y los primeros días de TW se hará especial incapie mediante "feeds" en hacer saber a nuestros aliados quien debe ganar cada batalla.

Hello Mexico citizens, after much debate today we can say that we agreed with Cuba a TW.

The TW was passed by Congress days past. In the next few hours we will have the NE on the part of Cuba.

The procedure to follow would be as follows,


1st Cuba will launch an NE to Mexico.
2nd Mexico will launch an NE to Cuba.
3rd Cuba will attack Southeast of Mexico, Cuba must win the battle.
4th Cuba will attack Gulf of Mexico, Cuba must win the battle.
5th Mexico will release through RW Southeast of Mexico.
6th Cuba will attack Northeast of Mexico.
7th Mexico will release through RW Gulf of Mexico.

From that moment the battles will focus on the Northeast of Mexico, Northwest of Mexico and Baja regions, with Cuba winning all direct battles and Mexico all RWs.

Only in case it is impossible to attack another region, Cuba could attack Gulf of Mexico.

In case of losing Cuba all the regions in Mexico, it would return to the 3rd point.


Cuba undertakes to return weekly taxes collected in the regions of Mexico through the formula agreed by both governments at the beginning of each legislature.

This agreement must be renewed on the 7th of each month by the new CP, and can be canceled unilaterally by any of the countries.

Likewise, if any of the participants engage in a real war with a third country, or any other inconvenience that makes it impossible to continue with the TW, it will be paralyzed until the problem is solved.
A Peace Treaty will be signed and Cuba will maintain two (2) regions in original territory of Mexico to be able to resume the TW when the situation that has forced to paralyze the TW is resolved.

The respective alliances have already been warned, and the first days of TW will become special attention through "feeds" to let our allies know who should win each battle.
