[MoF] Taking over & Starting Balances

Dear UNL citizens,

I have taken office (again) in the post of Minister of Finance.

Former MoF, Mitch Rapp, has handed over his duties, and I want to thank him for the work he has done here. From experience, I know the Ministry of Finance is a difficult post, as most work the MoF does is never seen, but nonetheless very important. Even though I'm quite experience on this post, it will be hard to follow up Mitch. I'll try not to disappoint you all.

A good start, in my opinion, is to display the 'starting balance' of this term. As you might have seen before of me, I only report the financial ministry´s accounts (so Ministerie van Economische Zak, DNB and the state accounts). Foreign currency is only reported when the amount exceeds 100.

Balances are as of August 31, 14.30 eRep time.
