Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,

Everyone a House! is back and different from what you may be familiar with the past couple of months. The previous rendition of Everyone a House! was ambitiously designed but sadly didn't always result in what it intended to provide: giving those very most promising players a push in fully utilizing the benefits of the Housing system.

Without the further ado the following changes have been implemented :

* Only Q2 houses will be subsidized/discounted. The usage of Q1 houses is common-sense and self-sufficient (or even profitable) - and a requirement for use of the Program, while the use of Q2 Houses may not be on its own. In the future and depending on the financial context, this may be expanded to Q3 Houses.

* The matter of application will be simplified and be similar to the Ministry of Defence Programs. In essence, this means citizens can apply by replying on the article and - if they are eligible - will receive the subsidy.

* The Ministry of Finance will no longer put Houses on the Dutch market. These can be purchased from private parties and abroad; the Ministry will use the common world price to determine its discount.



In order to be eligible for the discount of 20% per week, you need to satisfy the following simple requirements:

* You are using a Residency.
* You have been using a Q1 House on your own.
* You gain on average 250 XP a day.

** The Ministry reserves the right to judge each individual applications, i.e. in the case of Infantry Kit Players.


And how do you apply? Simply - by commenting the article below. You also need to buy Q2 House and activate it, before you apply. Your application will be processed, and the necessary requirements will be checked to confirm you fulfill them.
