Queríamos empezar esta etapa desempolvando este medio. Es muy importante que nuestra comunicación con vosotros, el pueblo, sea tan fluida como sea posible, para que esteis informados sobre todo lo concerniente a la seguridad de eEspaña.

Empezamos todo de nuevo, básicamente. Desgraciadamente, es más normal de lo que nosotros pensamos que suceda cuando hay un cambio de ministro. El nuevo ministro se encuentra sin ninguna estructura ni información (aparte de la aparecida en los medios de comunicación) que le sirva de ayuda para comenzar esta nueva etapa, con lo que tiene que gastar unos preciosos días estableciendo su propio sistema. Nosotros queremos cambiar eso, por lo que nuestra primera medida ha sido el establecimiento de un foro privado para el ministerio, para facilitar el tránsito de información entre los diferentes medios del ministerio y para que quede constancia escrita de los asuntos tratados y que sirvan de "feedback" para los ministros que estén por llegar. También hemos estado trabajando para lograr la creación de un organigrama lo más profesional posible, que quedará a disposición del siguiente ministro.

Este organigrama está dividido en tres niveles: Ministra -> Secretario -> Sub-secretario. Además cuenta con la inclusión de dos delegados especiales (Economía y Defensa) para mantener al ministerio informado y unido al aparato logístico del ministerio de economía y defensa.

Nuestros objetivos los podemos econtrar muy claramente definidos en el programa de IRP (http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dcbsrj7t_10hdcj2bd3). De momento, hemos coomenzado con la asignación del secretariado para Relaciones Hispánicas a Dhoo, lo que esperemos anticipe una nueva etapa en las relaciones entre eEspaña y los países hispanohablantes; seguido del envío de una propuesta de reforma de los estatutos del CAI a nuestro grupo parlamentario para que sea presentada en un breve espacio de tiempo al Congreso para ser aprobada.

MPP propuesto por el gobierno tailandés

El Presidente acaba de recibir dicha propuesta, acompaña por una invitación para negociar una posible cooperación mayor entre ambos países con el embajador tailandés. El ministerio está recogiendo toda la información posible para que el Congreso pueda emitir un juicio justo y provechoso. El presidente está en estos momentos esperando que tenga lugar el encuentro, en donde el embajador transmitirá las intenciones del presidente tailandés

Presentation and re-organisation


We wanted to start this new project by bringing back this bulletin. It is very important that our communication with you, the people, remains fluid as to manage to keep you as informed as we are about all the international news concerning eSpain's security.

We start from new, basically. It's been a normal issue to leave nothing behind from one ministry to another. We want to change that, and the first thing we wanted to do was to create a suitable private forum, to deal with all the information, and a fixed organigram with the suitable people dealing with the different areas of the ministry.

The organization chart is basically divided into three levels: the Minister, the Secretaries and the sub-secretaries, with two special delegates (economic and military) that will keep the Ministry informed about those subjects.
Our objectives are pretty clear in IRP's program (http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dcbsrj7t_10hdcj2bd3). We've started with Dhoo's appointance as new Secretary for Hispanic Relations, which we hope will bring our relations with these countries to a new stage, followed by sending a modification of the CAI's law to our parliamentary group, which we will soon find in Congress.

MPP proposed by the Thai Government

The President just received an MPP proposal and an invitation of a more thorough conversation, leading to further co-operation, with the embassador of Thailand. The Ministry is gathering all the info available about this country to present the Congress with enough information to submit an objective reply. The President is currently waiting for this meeting to take place. We will inform you as soon as possible
