Καλησπέρα, σε αυτό το άρθρο έχουμε την τιμή να φιλοξενούμε τον milano13 ( πρώην ‘εκλεγμένο’ δικτάτορα της ηλεκτρονικής Ελλάδος για δυο φορές συνεχόμενα και τωρινό υπουργό οικονομικών ) σε μια συνέντευξη που έχει στόχο να καλύψει πολλά θέματα σοβαρά και μη.
Fiend-Stalker: Ξεκινάμε λοιπόν από κάτι ελαφρύ. Το πρώτο πράγμα που βλέπει κάποιος σε έναν άλλο λογαριασμό είναι το όνομα μα του και το avatar. Τι σας έχει κάνει να διαλέξετε αυτά που έχετε, έχουν κάποια ιδιαίτερη σημασία για εσάς και αν τα αλλάζατε πως θα ήταν ποιο πιθανό να μοιάζουν στο μέλλον.

milano13: Σαφώς και έχουν αξία και εμένα! Το avatar δηλώνει κάτι για τον κάθε λογαριασμό! Εγώ επέλεξα να βάλω ένα αρχαίο Ελληνικό αξιοθέατο παγκόσμιας φήμης και κύρους! Ο λόγος είναι προφανής, τιμώ και αναδεικνύω τα Ελληνικά στοιχεία! Αν θα άλλαζα avatar, σίγουρα πάλι με την Ελλάδα θα είχε σχέση! Όσο για το όνομα που έχω στο παιχνίδι είναι επειδή όταν το ξεκίνησα είχα γυρίσει από το Μιλάνο (διακοπές), το 13 είναι λόγο της ομάδας. Ούτε το όνομα μου πάντως θα ήθελα να το αλλάξω καθώς έτσι με ξέρουν όλοι.
Fiend-Stalker: Συνεχίζουμε λίγο με τον RL χαρακτήρα σας. Ποιο είναι το φύλο, η ηλικία σας και τα χόμπι σας στον πραγματικό κόσμο? Αγαπάτε το golf σαν κάθε σωστός δικτάτορας?

milano13: Είμαι νέος, φοιτητής αυτή την περίοδο στο τμήμα μαθηματικών, ένα από τα χόμπι μου είναι και το erepublik!! Τα υπόλοιπα χόμπι μου αλλάζουν με τις περιστάσεις ανάλογα με τον καιρό όμως το γκολφ ποτέ δεν μου άρεσε!
Fiend-Stalker: Μετακινούμαστε λίγο προς την πολιτική σκηνή, την θητεία σου στην χώρα και συγκεκριμένα το πρόγραμμα Ίκαρος. Πόσο μεγάλη διαφορά πιστεύεις ότι έκανε (και κάνει) το πρόγραμμα αυτό στην ανάπτυξη των νέων παικτών της χώρας?

milano13: Το πρόγραμμα Ίκαρος, έχει κάνει μεγάλη διαφορά στην ανάπτυξη των νέων, διότι οι νέοι με την δύναμη τους δεν μπορούν να πάρουν εύκολα μετάλλια για να μπορέσουν να συντηρήσουν τον λογαριασμό τους! Έτσι έχουν ένα κίνητρο να ασχοληθούν παραπάνω να δουν το παιχνίδι να το γνωρίσουν! Αλλά και να αυξήσουν το damage τους στην αεροπορία, το οποίο θα βοηθήσει την χώρα μας όταν χρειαστεί!!
Fiend-Stalker: Στην εξωτερική πολιτική μάθαμε μετά το τέλος της θητείας σας ότι είχαν ανοίξει διαπραγματεύσεις με την Ρουμανία για απελευθέρωση 4 περιοχών μας, με 3 να μένουν στα χέρια των Ρουμάνων και 3 να χρησιμοποιούνται για TW (για περισσότερα εδώ).Αν η τελική απόφαση για την επίτευξη ή μη αυτής της διαπραγμάτευσης ήταν καθαρά στο χέρι σας και την απόφαση σας την στήριζε όλος ο Ελληνικός λαός, τη θα κάνατε?

milano13: Οι Ρουμάνοι έριξαν κάποιες προτάσεις στο τραπέζι των διαπραγματεύσεων! Εγώ προσωπικά (αν είχα και την στήριξη των Ελλήνων) θα έλεγα πάλι όχι! Όχι μεγάλο! Δεν συμφέρει την Ελλάδα αυτή η συμφωνία! Με μια καλύτερη πρόταση, ίσως και να είχα δεχτεί! Αλλά αυτά είναι εικασίες, δεν μπορούμε να στηριχτούμε σε αυτές!
Fiend-Stalker: Η συμφωνία στο τραπέζι με την Ιρλανδία πως προέκυψε? Υποθέτω πως ψάχναμε σαν χώρα γενικότερα για TW, υπήρχαν άλλοι πιθανοί υποψήφιοι για κάτι τέτοιο? Πέρα από τα γνωστά οφέλη μέσω του άρθρου (που μας δόθηκε) θεωρείτε πως η Ελλάδα ενδυναμώνει μέσω του TW τις σχέσεις της με την Ιρλανδία και τους συμμάχους της?

milano13:Ναι ψάχναμε πολύ ένα TW, αλλά δεν μπορούσαμε εύκολα να το βρούμε, τα περιθώρια ήταν και είναι στενά!! Ευτυχώς με την Ιρλανδία ήρθαμε σε επαφή, ο amalagos (τωρινός πρόεδρος/δικτάτορας e-Ελλάδος) για αρχή και με την βοήθεια των συμμάχων, το συμφωνήσαμε. Φυσικά, τα οφέλη είναι πολλά όπως περισσότερα TP, μετάλλια μαχών, έσοδα για την Ελλάδα και ότι δεν είμαστε σβησμένοι από τον χάρτη, μπορούμε δηλαδή να έχουμε βουλή αν το θέλουμε! Φυσικά, και οι σχέσεις μας με τους συμμάχους δυναμώνουν μέρα με την ημέρα, αφού η Ελλάδα δυναμώνει σε όλα τα επίπεδα!
Fiend-Stalker: Πως βλέπετε το μέλλον της ηλεκτρονικής Ελλάδας να αναπτύσσεται με τον καιρό και ποια μπορεί να είναι η θέση της σε ανερχόμενες ή ήδη υπάρχουσες συμμαχίες?

milano13: Η Ελλάδα έχει αρχίσει να ζωντανεύει ξανά και αυτό είναι πολύ θετικό! Αρκετοί Έλληνες άρχισαν πάλι το παιχνίδι δυναμικά! Αν συνεχίσουμε με αυτόν τον ρυθμό, θα μπορέσουμε να έχουμε μια πολύ καλή θέση στην χάρτη (την χώρα μας πίσω κτλ)! Αλλά και στην συμμαχία στην οποία ανήκουμε! Η Ελλάδα πρέπει και θα κατέχει μια σημαντική θέση μέσα στους επόμενους μήνες!
Fiend-Stalker: Υπάρχει κάτι που δεν αναφερθήκαμε μέχρι τώρα που θεωρείς ότι σημάδεψε είτε θετικά είτε αρνητικά την θητεία σου?

milano13: Τα θετικά της θητείας μου ήταν ότι γνώρισα άτομα, ασχολήθηκα και βοήθησα την e-Greece όσο μπορούσα! Τα αρνητικά πάντα υπάρχουν, έστω και τα ελάχιστα, αλλά δεν θέλω να αναφερθώ! Ας κρατήσουμε τα θετικά στοιχεία που είναι πολύ σημαντικά!
Fiend-Stalker: Ας μετακινηθούμε λίγο στον τομέα τον θεωρητικών ερωτήσεων. Αν σου δινόταν η ευκαιρία να μετακινήσεις την Ελλάδα για αποίκιση σε οποιοδήποτε σημείο του χαρτί ανεξάρτητα της χώρας που κατέχει ήδη την περιοχή (φιλική ή εχθρική). Που θα την μετακινούσες και ποιούς πόρους θα θεωρούσες ποιο σημαντικούς? (δεν δέχομαι στις απαντήσεις περιοχές των Η.Π.Α. γιατί όλοι αυτές θα λέγανε)

milano13: Η Σαουδική Αραβία πιστεύω θα ήταν μια καλή σκέψη, από άποψη μπόνους! Ιδιαίτερα το block περιοχών (Al Madinah, Makkah και Jizan) φαίνεται να είναι ένα πολύ ωραία συνδεδεμένο και εύκολο να το αμυνθεί κανείς σαν βάση περιοχών!
Fiend-Stalker: Αν σου δίνονταν η ευκαιρία να πάρεις μια από τις μη συμμαχικές χώρες στο πλευρό της Ελλάδας για μια επερχόμενη νέα συμμαχία, ποια χώρα θα διάλεγες και γιατί?

milano13: Αν ήταν στο χέρι μου θα διάλεγα την Σερβία! Η οποία φέρεται καλύτερα στην Ελλάδα από τις υπόλοιπες μη συμμαχικές! Διότι, δείχνει περισσότερο σεβασμό κατά την γνώμη μου και δεν έρχεται σε ανοιχτή αντιπαράθεση στα friends feeds κτλ!!
Fiend-Stalker: Τέλος ας κλείσουμε με μια ερώτηση πού θα αφορούσε όλους τους χρήστες του παιχνιδιού. Αν μπορούσες να αλλάξεις μόνο ένα χαρακτηριστικό του παιχνιδιού ποιο θα ήταν αυτό?

milano13: Αυτό που θα έπρεπε να αλλάξει είναι η κατανομή της δύναμης! Θα έπρεπε για τους νέους παίκτες μέχρι κάποιο ποσό να τους βοηθάει το παιχνίδι να αυξήσουν πιο γρήγορα την δύναμη τους!! Ώστε η ψαλίδα να μην είναι χαοτική!

Good evening, in today’s article, we have the honor to host milano13 (former two consecutive time ‘elected’ dictator of electronic Greece and currently positioned in the head of Economics department for the country) in an interview that aims to cover a wide variety of questions.

Fiend-Stalker: Let’s ease in our conversation. The first thing anyone sees in another account is the name and the avatar. What made you choose them? Do they have any particular importance to you? If you could change them what would they end up more likely?

milano13: Of course they have value to me! The avatar holds a story for each account! I chose a widely known and prestige significance ancient Greek sightseeing (Acropolis)! The reason is obvious; I want others to appreciate and admire the beauty of Greece as much as possible! If I would ever changed my avatar it would sourly be Greek related again! As for my name, it's because when I started the game I was returning from a holiday in Milan and 13 is my team's number. I don’t want to change my name because that is the way everyone knows me.
Fiend-Stalker: Let’s continue with some RL questions. What is your sex, your age and your hobbies in the real world? Do you love golf similar to every good dictator around the word?

milano13: I am a young male and at the time being a student in university in the field of mathematics. My main hobby is erepublik at the moment, although other ones come and go golf was never my style.
Fiend-Stalker: Moving now to the political scene, at your time as dictator and specifically Icarus project. How much do you think this program managed to help in the development of new players in the country?

milano13: The Icarus project has made a big difference in the development of young players, because young people cannot easily win medals so they can maintain their account easier through the program! They are now given the incentive to learn, get to know the game better and also to increase their damage in air battles which will help our country in times at need in the future!

Fiend-Stalker: Talking about our foreign affairs policy, at the end of your term in the office, we learned that we were on open negotiations with Romania for the release of 4 of our regions, with 3 remaining in the hands of the Romanians and 3 potentially being used for TW (for more here). If this was only decided by you and you had the support from the hole Greek community no matter what you decided. What would you do?

milano13: Romanians had offered few suggestions to negotiate! I personally (if I had the support of the Greek community) would answer again no! A big NO! Greece does not like this deal! Maybe if they had offerd a better suggestion I would have agreed! But these are speculation; we cannot rely on them!

Fiend-Stalker: How did the dial with Ireland emerge? I am guessing we were actively looking for a TW with other countries, were there other potential candidates for this? Apart from the known benefits through the article given (here), do you think that Greece is strengthening its relations through TW with Ireland and its allies?

milano13:Yes we were looking for a TW but we could not easily find it, the margins were and are tight! Luckily with Ireland, we negotiated with the help of amalagos (current president/dictator of e-Greece) and with the help of the allies, we managed to come to an agreement. Of course, the benefits are a lot like more TP, battle medals, revenues for Greece and that we have active regions on the map, so we can have parliament if we want! Of course, our relations with the allies are strengthening day by day as the power of Greece strengthens too!
Fiend-Stalker: What is your opinion on the future of e-Greece evolving over time and what might be our position in emerging or already existing alliances?

milano13: Greece has already started its comeback and that's very positive! Several Greeks citizens have started the game again! If we continue with this pace, we will be able to have a very good position on the map (with our country back)! But also in the alliance we belong! Greece must and will have an important place in the next few months!

Fiend-Stalker: Is there anything in particular we have not mentioned so far (positive or negative) that you think made a difference during your time in the office?

milano13: On the positive side I met people, I was involved and I helped e-Greece as much as I could! Negatives always exist, but I do not want to talk about them! Let's remember only the positives that were the most important!

Fiend-Stalker: Let's start some ‘if’ questions. If you were given the opportunity to ‘move’ Greece and colonize any part of the world regardless of the country that already occupies the area (friendly or hostile). Where would you move us and what resources would you consider most important? (I do not accept U.S.A. territory answers because everyone seems to want a piece of them)

milano13: I think Saudi Arabia would be a good place, in terms of bonuses! Particularly the block of areas (Al Madinah, Makkah and Jizan) seems to be a very nicely linked and easy to defend as a main country base!
Fiend-Stalker: If you were given the chance to ‘change faith’ of one of the non-Allied countries aan make them take the side of Greece for an upcoming new alliance, which country would you choose and why?

milano13: If it was only me choosing (without taking in regard Greeks community opinion) I would choose Serbia! This is the country that treated Greece the best (regarding only non-allied ones)! Serbia seems to shows more respect to us in my opinion and does not start any open confrontation with us thus far!
Fiend-Stalker: In the end, let's close with a question that could potentially concern all the users of the game. If you could only change only one feature of the game what would that be?

milano13: What needs to be changed is the distribution of power! The game should help the new players (up to some level) to rank up their strength faster, because at this time the difference of power is chaotic!
