[GOV] Peace with Thailand

I hope you all enjoyed the soon to be ending training battle with Thailand. This was probably the last such battle as the main venue of the soon to be starting training war will be the Philippines - Malaysia war and the region of Sabah. The reasons are that this way no infrastructure will be in danger, retreating won't be necessary and that here we can easily open battles in both ways as the bordering Philippines regions are effectively deserted, too.

As the Thailand - Malaysia war won't be used any more, Thailand decided to join the training war on Malaysia's side like all the other entrants to avoid trading embargoes. For this we must first sign a peace treaty and then an alliance. The peace proposal is already up for vote in the Thai congress and in 24 hours we will vote on it, too. I ask every congress members to vote yes.

In other news hopefully I'll be able to present you the final official candidate list for the congress elections.🙂

Edit: I forgot to mention that in the next couple of days we might be signing quite a lot of alliances (MPPs) as well as part of the setting up of the training war. So please be prepared to vote yes on such proposals.🙂

Would be keen to look into those alliances and what they entail.
I know we are strong and we will need support from our friends, but we don't want to get involved with too many aligned states, true?

Yes, of course. Malaysia and the Philippines has a veto on joining countries and if we approve then the participants who are already in decide about new joiners by a majority vote.
