2 - INTERNATIONAL CHART

Comme nous l'annoncions dans les derniers articles, la Guild of Free Journalists a désormais son propre Statut, appelé la Charte Internationale. Voici ses principes.

SECTION I - PRINCIPLES

Guild of Free Journalists est un centre d'agrégation culturelle à la fois pour l'eMonde que pour les nations individuelles.

Les principes qui guident la Guilde sont peu nombreux mais significatifs :

-inclusivité → tout le monde peut participer ;
-participation → chacun est libre d'exprimer, en manière polie, ses pensées et de participer à l'activité de la Guilde dans les formes et les temps qui lui sont disponibles ;
-apolitisme → tous les sujets seront traités objectivement ;
-transparence → pas de secrets dans l'association. Nous tiendrons les membres informés autant que possible et les délégués nationaux seront toujours disponibles pour clarifier éventuels doutes.

Notre motto en latine "Non nationibus sed Orbe discimus" signifie "Nous n'apprenons pas des nations mais du monde" et souligne tant l'internationalité que l'autonomie de notre Association.


SECTION II - OBJECTIFS

Guild of Free Journalists à ces principaux objectifs :

-être un soutien pour les jeunes joueurs, les guider dans leurs premiers pas et être pour eux un point d'agrégation et d'accès à la vie sociale ;

-[/b]être une référence pour les joueurs critiques et créatifs du monde, encourager l'art journalistique, l'échange critique des idées et promouvoir des nouvelles initiatives culturelles tant au niveau national qu'international;

- promouvoir l'internationalité, encourager les revues de presse internationales et l'accès à l'information pour tous et partout.


SECTION III - ORGANISATION

GFJ est structurée en deux niveaux : l’International Committee et les Délégations Nationales.

Au sommet de l’International Committe, il y a un General Chairman, qui agit comme référent du projet et qui a un mandat électif de trois mois, afin de lui donner suffisamment de temps pour laisser un héritage aux projets de la Guilde.
Tous les membres de l'Association peuvent se presenter pour cette charge ; la seule exigence est de rédiger une présentation pour l'application qui comprend les objectifs du mandat.

Le General Chairman est aidé dans la gestion de l'Association par le International Committee, composé de tous les Délégués Nationaux.

La GFJ est puis formée par un nombre illimité de Sections Nationales, chacune avec son propre Délégué National.



Les demandes d'ouverture d'une nouvelle Section Nationale doivent être soumises au General Chairman, qui les examinera avec l’International Committee.

Les sections nationales sont laissées libres de choisir leur propre statut interne, mais celui ci ne doit pas être en désaccord avec les principes de la Charte internationale. Elles doivent également garantir la tenue d'une élection pour choisir le Délégué national au moins a distance de deux mois.
La décision d'admettre ou non des nouveaux membres dans les Sections Nationales est laissée au Délégué National au pouvoir.

La langue officielle de l’International Committee est l'anglais; les sections nationales mènent leurs activités dans leur propre langue.

5 -CURIOSITÉS SUR NOS SECTIONS NATIONALES

Dans les lignes suivantes vous trouverez des informations sur nos Sections Nationales. Si vous êtes intéressé à rejoindre la Guilde et votre nation a déjà une section nationale, vous pouvez écrire directement au délégué national.
Au lieu de cela, si vous vivez dans un pays qui n'a pas encore une section locale du GFJ, vous pouvez contacter Citoyen Vigneron, General Chairman de l'association. Avec l'aide de l’International Committee, il gérera votre demande de création d'une nouvelle Section Nationale.

2 - INTERNATIONAL CHART

As we announced in the last articles, the Guild of Free Journalists has now its own Statute, called the International Chart. Here its principles.

SECTION I - PRINCIPLES

Guild of Free Journalists is a center of cultural aggregation both for the eWorld than for the single nations.

The principles that guides the Guild are few but meaningful:

-inclusiveness → everyone from everywhere can join;
-participation → anyone is free to express, in a polite way, its thoughts and to participate to the activity of the Guild in in the ways and times for him/her available;
-apoliticism → all topics will be dealt objectively;
-transparency → no secrets in the association. We will keep members informed as much as possible and the National Delegates will be always available to clarify possible doubts.

Our Latin motto “Non nationibus sed Orbe discimus” means “We don’t learn from nations but from the world” and remarks both the internationality than the autonomy of our Association.

SECTION II - GOALS

The Guild of Free Journalists has these main goals:

-being a support for young players, guide them in their first steps and be for them a point of aggregation and access to social life;

-being a reference for the critical and creative players of the world, encouraging journalistic art, the critical exchange of ideas and promoting new cultural initiatives both nationally than internationally;

- promote internationality, encourage international press reviews and access to information for everyone and everywhere.

SECTION III - ORGANIZATION

The Guild is structured in two levels: the International Committee and the National Delegations.

At the top of the International Committee, there is a General Chairman, who acts as referent of the project and who has an elective mandate of three months, in order to give him enough time to leave a legacy on the Guild's projects.
Any member of the Association can apply for this role; the only requirement needed is to write a presentation for the application that includes the goals for the term.

The General Chairman is helped in managing the Association by the International Council, composed by all the National Delegates.

The Guild of Free Journalists is then formed by an unlimited number of National Sections, each with its own National Delegate.


Requests for the opening of a new National Section must be submitted to the General Chairman, who will examine them together with the International Council.

National sections are left free to choose their own internal Statute, but it must not be in disagreement with the principles of the International Chart. They must also guarantee to held an election for nominating the National Delegate at least every two months.
The decision to admit or not new members to the National Sections is left to the ruling National Delegate.

Official language of the International Committee is English , while National Sections bring on their activities in their own languages.

We are very happy that Y H A M I L I T Z, God Erebus and Jonce92 decided to join us, bringing enthusiasm, ideas and help to develop the Guild and helping them keeping the world informed.

5 - AN INSIGHT ON OUR NATIONAL SECTIONS

In the following lines you can find some informations about our National Sections. If you are interested in joining the Guild and your nation already has a National Section, you can write directly to the National Delegate.
Instead, if you live in a nation that still hasn’t a local section of GFJ, you can contact Citoyen Vigneron, General Chairman of the Association. With the help of the International Council, he will manage your request for the creation of a new National Section.
