Hi America,

Ghost Division has been around for two weeks and we’re already among the Top 3 US MU’s for the last week ground damage. To be honest with you those stats didn’t surprise me, once we’ve gathered such a quality people on the same place I knew things will go well for us. We’re just starting, we’re still meeting each others and we’re taking the small steps. The next small step would be this article in which I’m going to announce two of our programs. Over the next couple of days our Program runners are going to give you a more detailed look and idea about what I’m going to write about today.

Mentorship Program

Name of our most important project is still subtle to the changes. I’d enjoy hearing some of the proposals. The way it’s going to work and the way we’ll try to change things for better isn’t. Mentorship program is something we’ll heavily support all the way. It might be the most useful thing we’re going to accomplish, it could grow into something everyone will remember us. This could become our legacy. We have to play it right.

The main idea of the Mentorship Program isn’t just keeping the new players in the game by giving them supplies (Yes, we’re gonna do that too), the main idea of the program is to teach them how to play this game in a smart and efficient way. It’s our duty to create new soldiers, writers, tycoons, leaders. Not all the players are same, each player is an individual that enjoys doing different stuff. However, almost all of them enjoy the company and a friendly chat. That’s the number one step to take when creating a program like this.

Mentorship Program is made out of the four important parts:

1. Recruiting.
We’re going to make sure all the new players are being messaged and offered help once they join Erepublik. We’ll offer them our advices and invite them over for a chat.

2. Advices
We’re going to publish a several articles about the first steps in Erepublik, ways of playing smart, reasons to join chat & general grand tutorial for all.

3. Mentorship
Each and every new player that joins us will be given a special mentor, an experienced player who’s going to guide them step by step through everything a new player needs. Mentors will also be given supplies so they can help the new players that way too.

4. Baby boom
Once this program starts and when we start doing things automatically we’re going to organise, launch and supervise a baby boom campaign for the USA. It’s something that haven’t been done in ages and I’m sure we’ll be fully backed by the entire community once we start with that.

Basically, once a new player arrives, if and everything goes by the plan, he/she is going to get a message, once they reply they’ll be given some help and we’ll give them their own mentor. Mentor will them guide them through all the questions and offer them all the answers. New players will then be able to attend some fun coordinated strikes, earn themselves good amount of money and gold and get involved in some greater stuff too. If I was a new player, I’d be lucky to be born in the eUSA!

Our Mentorship Program will be ran by Vincent Garibaldi and he’s going to have a nice team of people helping him making all this stuff happen.



GhostFund

GhostFund is something a bit different than anything else you’ve experienced in this game so far. It’s basically investing your money in someone else’s ability to make more money. Now, the good part of that is that I’m the guy you’re investing your money into. I am playing this game for years and I have never in my entire life (and e-life) scammed or cheated anyone (if Plato doesn’t count). I’ve been running projects such as GhostFund in two countries and with three MU’s. There are lots of references you may check all of this. My success rate was over 95% which means that almost every time I’d get a lot of money I’d make profits. Those profits are usually 5-15% per month.

GhostFund will be reserved for Ghost Division members only. It works the same way real life funds are working. It’s the same thing as an investment fund. Our members will be able to buy shares in the Investing Fund by donating their money and calling it an investment. By investing their money they’ll own the % of the Fund.

For example, if 10 of our members decide to invest their money in the Fund they’re going to become the shareholders. If all ten members donate 1.000.000$ the Investment Fund will own 10.000.000$ and each shareholder will own 10% of the Fund. If the Fund makes 7% profits it’s going to be worth 10.700.000$ which means each shareholder will still own 10% of it, but it’s going to be 1.070.000$. That’d mean each shareholder will make 70.000$ profits in one month. And considering the past investments that’s a pessimistic estimation. Once the investment period is over each shareholder will be able to withdrawn their money. That’s usually somewhere between three and five weeks.

I won’t go into too many details because that’s bad for the business, but the way I’m making profits is pretty simple. I’m just too much into reading the market changes and following what’s going on. I’m going to use the money to trade both products and currency. All my actions are completely legal too, that’s important to say. A bit more informations will be given to those that invest in the Fund, but this is more than enough for the public article.



Wait, who are you again?

Ghost Division is the newest American MU. We’re still a baby that needs nourishing. So far we have gathered 19 members and most of them are well experienced, mostly experts in their own areas. We have exPresident, exAlliance runners, Ministers, guys behind the curtains. We have writers, proper soldiers and economic wizards. Are you going to be next in the blue coats line?

Most of the things about us can be found HERE. This google document has been made to give us some plans and goals in the future, but also to serve as a control point of what we’ve done so far. I believe it would be an interesting read to everyone, not just those who might consider joining us. We’re the evolution, the ‘new age’ MU made out of the mistakes and success of the historic MU’s.

Latins were a smart bunch, they revolutionised so many things and yet, the thing I love the most about them are their proverbs. One of them is probably my favourite. It says “Acta Non Verba” which means Acts, not Words. I’ll let our next actions do the talking while we’re doing our best to become a real force to be recognised.
