[eUSA]International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

Day 3,773, 19:43 Published in USA USA by Gnilraps

I am a big fan of discrimination.

It is a necessary skill, after all, to be able to discriminate the nuances between one thing and another that is quite like the first.

For instance, let's take Coffee.

While some prefer the darker tones of a French Roast, I prefer a Light Roast with a bit of nut on the palate. Were I not able to discriminate, my life would be the poorer.

Or if you're not into the finer points of food and beverage, perhaps you can relate to the importance of discrimination when it comes to movies or video games. Which offers a better experience, TETRIS or PONG? Only the ability to discriminate can lead you to making the best possible decisions regarding your gaming dollar.

And so when the topic of the "Elimination" of some kind of "Discrimination" comes to the fore, what are we to do?

We should ask ourselves if the practice of such discrimination is appropriate based on objective standards.

We should ask ourselves if the practice of such discrimination will lead to the betterment of human experience.

We should ask ourselves if the practice of such discrimination will elevate the good and frustrate the bad.

In short, we should ask ourselves if, in this particular context discrimination is actually an appropriate practice.

In the case of Racial Discrimination the answer is a resounding "NO".

Racial Discrimination is based on non-objective, ethnocentric, and skewed bias.

Racial Discrimination leads to a worsening of human experience on both sides of the discrimination.

Racial Discrimination elevates the bad and frustrates the good.

In short, there should be no place for Racial Discrimination. In fact, what we refer to as Racial Discrimination would better be described as despicable and ignorant hatred.

This is one kind of discrimination I absolutely DO NOT ABIDE.

And so on this International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,

I, Gnilraps, President of the eUnited States of America, do declare eUSA, its government, and all its good people to be of one accord in the struggle against the pernicious evil of Racial Discrimination.

I further hereby condemn all Racial Discrimination in all of its forms, and declare that insofar as I and the Executive Branch of Government are able, we will publicly stand against it where it appears.

I further call upon every eAmerican to support the publications being made this day for this great cause.

I further laud and honor eRepublik for being a game wherein Racial Discrimination is not tolerated, and thank its creators and administrators for continuing to uphold this important standard.

And I, Gnilraps, President of the eUnited States of America officially and permanently ban all Racists from holding any office in eUSA from this day forward and forevermore.
