[EPU] Please Allow Me to Introduce Ourselves - Part I

Hello again, eUSA. Meet the family.
I and a couple dozen friends are off on another adventure in eRep and we're hoping to convince you to join us. You may have noticed lately that media activity in the eUSA has revolved around a few specific topics: Presidential updates, media missions, trolling, and party recruitment. Yeah, this is going to be a serious article. I really hope you'll stick around and read the whole thing and seriously consider our argument.
This is going to be a series of articles. Shorter, less tl;dr.
National Unity
eRepublik rewards strategic cooperation and coordination. Always has, always will. Likewise, there has always been tension between players who approach eRep as a role playing game and those who approach it as a strategy game. E Pluribus Unum urges all eUSA players to consider other avenues for their role playing other than domestic politics. eRepublik indeed has multiple layers for competition but the only one that matters is at the international level. Everything else is a distraction, a prelude, small peanuts. If we cannot compete at the international level then we're nothing. No one is going to come to our rescue. We have to earn our victory.
National unity is the path to victory. We must reduce our differences, reduce domestic strife, reduce the internal bullshit, reduce the reasons to dislike each other and each others favored groups. We must increase our coordination, our cooperation, our camaraderie. The more we cooperate the more potential we have to win.
I will be talking more about the concept of National Unity and how it drives our party philosophy in future articles.

Problem is, at this point, there's so much disrespect for [so called] elites. Carlos has done much to bridge the gap but he's leaving.
There are no elites anymore. Most of them are gone.
Newer players wonder abut that badge under your avatar.
You must mean the one that eRepublik gives out and even says 'eRepublik Elite Citizen' which has nothing to do with the Elitism that once existed here...
I honestly feel the the day of the "elites" as we knew them is gone for good.
That was from a different time.
A lot has changed since the invasion and occupation.
One should be very aware of those that squawk( or whatever sounds a chicken makes) about the evil doer elites.

Women too, Mazzy's here. Not that she's a token but there is a dearth of women players compared to the game a few years ago.

Elitism in eRepublik... great topic for debate, but i BELIEVE that newbies DO take it seriously.[lol or not]
Which is why we need to be proactive about democratic ideals and non-competitive community building.
I’m with you
I was somewhat infatuated with the politic's angle, as a newby; wondering if a particular unit was better suited to defend the users' state ground's, or if their was a larger association of affiliate objectivitie's considerable. Larger states' would have all they could do to protect it's territorities' , I first assumed. Subscribing , so I will have the knowledge and/or; the technical point & counter-point tecnique's, to strategize, my values' & skillset's. Money,, and power/strength are praiseworthy qualitie's', but influence and values' make for a much coveted layer of longetivity.
