Every 100 workers 30 work in Q 1, 20 in Q2, 4 in Q3, 1 in Q4 and 45 in raw Q5, this is used to calculate an average salary based on influence and current prices of houses and raw, and the work tickets spread equally on these productions to evaluate the STABLE MARKET table. (inluence of factory can also characterize the speed which you go to generate your profit)

Non si ha lo stesso profitto che si ha speculando sulle q7 senza produrre? Seguono sempre il prezzo corrente degli stipendi, anche se non in maniera sempre precisa.
Anzi, le q7 hanno una maggiore varianza e instabilità di prezzo, quindi possibilità di maggiori profitti se si fanno le scelte giuste (sfruttando gli eventi per esempio).
No perché se raw scende a 12cc puoi guadagnare anche a 90cc ( tramite manodopera) quindi con un prezzo ridotto e non generi alcun guadagno. Conviene solo prima degli eventi, ma di questo ne parleremo la prossima puntata asd.
E se le raw salgono a 24 invece che scendere a 12? Oppure se si compra proprio quando scende a 12 per poi vendere a 18 oppure addirittura a 24?
E' proprio questo che intendevo con "scelte giuste". Per esempio se adesso avessi milioni di cc da parte, comprerei uno stock di q7 da vendere all'evento di S. Valentino o se il prezzo sale poco aspettare Pasqua a vendere.
I profitti delle case non sono paragonabili a quelli delle q7 (ammesso che la maggior parte delle volte si facciano previsioni corrette, il che non è difficile vista la ciclicità degli eventi).
Are you sure there's VAT for RAW House Materials? I thought all the raw materials are VAT-free.

Non ho capito perché dividi la produzione in fasce, come calcoli il rendimento e se parli di compravendita di case o di produzione...
Si tratta di speculazione, se solo avessi investito in raw case ieri erano a 239 oggi a 250. Avresti avuto un profitto di 11cc a raw, in un tempo brevissimo, addirittura inferiore a quello previsto dau miei calcoli parametrici
